I placed an order via Uber Eats on Sunday for the chicken melt tacos and the fajita plate, received my tacos and half of the ingredients were missing, ordered a soda and it was all carbonation. I gave them another shot and placed another order Monday, once again received my order and the dang onions and bell peppers were missing from my fajita tacos AGAIN!! I’m paying out the rear for food and you want to jip me on the veggies come on now !!! Not to mention they forgot my beans and rice as well!! Yes I know I can cook or bring my own lunch but I work and pay out the rear for the convenience of trusting the restaurant to make my order that I over paid for correctly. Guess I have learned my lesson which has led to this review.

***EDITED 10/6*** NEVER AGAIN this is now the FOURTH time to this TC and my order was either incorrect or the preparation was poor. Three times I received breakfast burritos with a stale and crunchy tortilla that was falling apart. Everytime I visit, there are hardly any customers but the service is slow. I ordered online to ‘skip the line’ and is still took 10 minutes to prepare a breakfast burrito, then more time as I took it back because the tortilla was nasty. No sense of urgency, no customer service skills. Employees walk around ‘working’ but look like their just waiting for their shift to end so they can leave. UC needs a Mary’s Tacos instead, TC is past its prime.

Jumping on the bandwagon…..NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION. As soon as we entered we were greeted (actually not even greeted) by an unenthusiastic girl behind the register. I asked the difference in their small/large quesadilla(as in number of slices or number of tortillas used.) Her response was a giggle and “one is small and one is big.” Not too mention they were out of everything…chicken tender, margarita, red salsa. Restaurant was empty yet not one table was clean. Upon food delivery, the girl just dropped it in front of us and left. Simply just ZERO customer service skills. As for the food, below mediocre.

This was my first time to Taco Cabana in a long time!! I was greeted by a very nice young man. I ordered a very specific meal and he was able to get it correct for me. That made me so very happy!! He was very well mannered. Apologized for the wait, then thanked me for my order!! I can’t remember when ANY fast food has been so very kind and well mannered. The order was perfect as well.

Ordered like 8 tacos, as one does. Everything was horrible, makes sense with the quality going downhill so much being sold to California in 2021. Just save yourself the trouble and go to Benny’s or even Taco Bell where you get what you ask for.

The wife and I stopped by today to order 5 crispy Tacos and 1 Large Chicken quesadilla. 35 minutes later, we were handed 5 crispy tacos and a Steak quesadilla.
1st, that’s a long time for a small order. We were the only ones in the drive through and maybe 1 car in the parking lot. I counted 3 staff members that I could see and 2 were just standing around.

We informed the window attendant that we didn’t get our correct order. Asked me to pull around and wait 5 minutes for a new chicken quesadilla. They literally brought the exact same steak quesadilla but soggier. We had to go back in and get our order fixed AGAIN. They forgot our salsa as well. No apologies, no sense of urgency and zero “F’s” given.

Beyond disappointed.

I placed an online order while standing in the restaurant because the cashier could not tell any of the happy hour specials. My order stated a pick up time of 5:30. Again I was in the store. Two other people ordered well after me and they ordered far more extensive items than fries and margaritas. Both customers who ordered after me were given their orders before me. Although I had a pick up time of 5:30 I was not given my fries or drinks until 5:41. AND I was given my items well after the two other customers who ordered after me got theirs. There was no apology made by the staff for the unnecessary waiting. When I asked what took so long I was told, “we’re understaffed, what do you expect?” Completely unprofessional in any setting. When I brought it to the attention of the manager that the two people who ordered after me received their order without a problem he then stated he didn’t receive my order ticket although I literally watched the original ticket be removed from the printer to the line. I was literally in the store the entire time. I’m highly disappointed with 1. The unnecessary wait time and 2. The unnecessary unprofessionalism. Like where is the customer servicce, ESPECIALLY when the business is in the wrong. It’s really hard to support businesses when customers are treated this way. Do better!!!!

If you like missing items and gravy tacos this is the place to go. Ordered the cabana sampler ( crispy taco, flauta, enchilada) didn’t get the enchilada. Beans 1/2 way cooked, flautas soggy. 🙁

Also ordered 3 carne guisada tacos- gravy is very flavorful- but no meat! Either charge 1/2 price or give me meat!!!

I’m new to the area. Went to go get brunch tacos. The beef fajitas were amazing but I got a bean and cheese that look like it had been half bitten. If I work there I would not send this out to a customer. I would like a free taco
