I had a great experience ordering today, 3 rd time at this location in such a long time, I will be coming back! However it would be nice if you served Barbacoa because it’s my favorite! I never leave bad reviews, and I love Taco Cabana! However, this location is so unorganized and consistently gets my order wrong. If I order a kids meal cheese quesadilla combo and an adult chicken quesadilla, every time, without fail, they forget to include the kids quesadilla. I get the sides, the drink, but never the entree. I am not exaggerating when I say this has happened 7 times at this same location (when ordering on Uber Eats). Why do I keep coming back? Because it’s unfortunately the closest location and like I said, I love Taco Cabana. Hopefully management can somehow incentivize quality control, or hire more staff to help ensure consistent service. Packing orders correctly should not be this difficult.

Google says a rating of 3 is ok, so they got a 3. It would be great if this restaurant could make rice that isn’t crunchy and over cooked. At least they have margaritas. The only thing Mexican here is the name.

Easy process to make a mobile order. Food was ready when I arrived at the restaurant and the order was correct. However, I had to stand for probably at least 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I arrived. I think I finally spoke up over the counter to ask it that was my order sitting there getting cold. The restaurant had one other guy picking up an order so it wasn’t busy.

I just witnessed the cook take an egg filled spatula and dump the eggs in the trash by slamming the spatula on the trash ️ can. That’s would’ve been fine but instead of putting the spatula in the dishwasher she put it on the stove in order to cook with it again. Her coworkers acted like they didn’t see this. Thought this place was closed when I parked in front during lunch break and no car was in the lot. That should’ve been a warning.
Decided to try the Chicken Cabana Bowl (no shell) for low carbs. The chicken was extremely dry as though it sat there for hours then got reheated. Judging by the slow location, it may well have been.

We place an order online for party size rice and beans and 3 dozen tortillas. And all I have to say is WOW. They did a great job. The rice and beans and tortillas were delicious and very thing was hot and fresh. The gentleman Alan was extremely helpful. I will definitely be going back there again.
