They do a great job with the food, but I cant get past paying for a large frappe and receiving a medium or small disguised in a large cup EVERY time I order one. Its genuinely annoying and feels like a blatant slap to the face of an overpaying costumer.

Stopped by this McDonald’s and honestly had a great experience The fries were EXACTLY how they should be hot crispy golden and perfectly salted ✨ fresh right out of the fryer The strawberry shake was thick creamy cold and absolutely delicious not watered down at all and seriously hit the spot on a hot day ☀️❄️
What really stood out though was the staff Every employee I interacted with was super friendly welcoming and actually seemed happy to be there which makes a huge difference these days. Service was fast ⚡ the order was accurate ✅ and the whole place had good vibes ✨
This is how fast food should be done Consistent quality great flavors and awesome customer service I’ll definitely be stopping here again when the craving hits Highly recommend checking this location out you won’t be disappointed

After going to this location for over 5 years I am done. I usually order an egg and cheese biscuit. They cannot grasp this concept and I usually have to repeat it-egg and cheese only. Get to the window and usually it’s 3-something dollars. This time they charged me for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I pointed this out and was rudely lectured by the guy at the register. Then I get to the window and not acknowledged by the girl standing there asking if I wanted bacon or no bacon which I tell her no bacon and she rolled her eyes. I told her I will never come back to this location and she says “OK” rudely. Then hands me my bag and says “please come again”…seriously? I feel bad for the culture these employees have to work in.

This McDonald’s is honestly my favorite in the area. The food is fresh and consistent and they have reasonable prices compared to other locations that are close by. I frequently go through the drive thru to pick up mobile orders but I will sometimes go eat inside and utilize their wifi while I’m on break from work. Most of the employees are very friendly and they are always working hard when it is really busy. I am here at least 2-3 times per week and I have never had a bad experience with my food or customer service.
I find myself going out of my way to go to this McDonald’s compared to other nearby locations. I never expect much from fast food places nowadays but this location has exceeded my expectations on multiple occasions.

Customer service is gone for good. Now that there are kiosks to order from, the employees do not talk to customers. We stood at the counter after ordering at the kiosk, waiting to get our cups & to ask a question about our order for over 5 minutes, multiple employees looked at us but not a single person said anything. When someone finally acknowledged us, they said “uh do you need something?”….. absolutely no customer service skills at all.

Stopped by to get gas after my daughter’s game and decided to eat at this location. Let me tell you worse decision eve!!!! 1. CUSTOMER SERVICE out the window, they won’t even look up to make eye contact with you. 2. They could not get the order correct. 3. Finally after getting it right my fries had a BUG!! I went to tell the manager of the situation no apology, no how can we make it right NOTHING! Grabbed the fries from my hand and tossed them in the trash without a word said. He then later send an employee with new fries, young man apologized and aks if there was anything else he can get us. My little ones asked if they can get Ice-cream, he asked them what kind and never came back. When finally leaving disgusted and gross out I asked if he was getting the Ice-cream for the girls he said NO sorry we are to busy!

I always utilize their drive thru. Approximately 85% of the time, they don’t add napkins in the bag. 100% of the time, I only get 2 if not 3 napkins. Never thought napkins were a commodity of holding back giving out to customers

The location is located on the side of a gas station so one of the smaller Mcdonald’s. The drive-through wasn’t too busy. I was serviced quickly which was nice, and the sodas are refreshing.
The thing though is their food was a bit lukewarm and fell flat.

I arrived at the drive thru at 10:58 and was told they were closed even though google maps says they close at 11pm which to me means I can order at 10:58, so when I drove away an employee opened the window and rudely yelled at me to “check google maps next time” but google maps says you are open til 11. Tell your employees to stop closing early and not to be rude about it either.
