I ordered Chicken Enchiladas with black beans togo and they gave me refried in both orders. This has happened before and I didn’t complain, but it’s not acceptable anymore.
I didn’t notice until I reached my destination and didn’t have time to go back. The nearby location that I usually visit is always accurate.

The staff is very courteous, attentive, and friendly. The staff’s attention to details is excellent. They all need raises. The breakfast is only good because of the onions, jalapeños, and Salsa Ranch. Remove the extra toppings and you have yummy eggs with the driest cheese and tortillas ever. The extra toppings save the meal. I loathe dry burritos and tacos even though I am not the biggest Tex-Mex fan.

This taco cabana has great breakfast. The eggs were fresh and the bacon was crispy. They were always proportional in the breakfast tacos and the salsa bar is well maintained.
However, the lunch and dinner was inconsistent. Sometimes the food was fresh and other times it was thrown together. The breakfast is 5 stars but the rest is 4 or less.
Will return if convenient 🙂

Here are my main complaints: I asked the staff if the sauces were in the bag, and he said yes — but there weren’t any. Zero sauces for ten items.
The double crunch pizzas were disappointing — they had less filling than usual, the shells were old and soft, and the meat didn’t smell right.
Overall, it was an awful experience.
It’s frustrating, especially when you only have a few locations. You’d think they’d take extra care to maintain quality. It’s almost like they’re trying to drive customers away.

I have always loved taco cabana so much. I have been getting their cheese enchilada dinner plates for 20 years now. However, the amount of times I have found hair in their food isn’t normal, specifically when the food is for take out. I rarely step foot into the restaurant so I haven’t had this issue in person but anytime I order from them, the amount of times I’ve found hair in my food is actually insane. Yet I have continued to order from them giving them multiple chance but it’s ridiculous and I shouldn’t be ordering and paying for something expecting to have to look through my food before taking a bite just in case there is hair in there. This needs to be taken care of at ALL locations btw. This location isn’t the only one with this issue.

Who are they left in charge, “Rodrigo” is absolutely incompetent and has ZERO customer service skills…. They charge $0.40 extra per breakfast taco to add cheese and I pay it and a dozen breakfast tacos cost $40… This is through the drive-thru window after waiting 15 minutes… Then I get home and there’s no cheese on anything…. I call up in this Rodrigo guy offers no apology or any accountability at all tells me I have to go in person to get the “cheese charges” refunded????? …. On a to go order?

Our family has had Taco Cabana in several locations, this is by far our worst experience. We asked for no lettuce on any of our items however we received lettuce on everything. Our chicken fajita taco meat was burnt, We ordered 3oz of guacamole & queso that wasn’t received. We love TC but this location needs to get it together for their drive thru customer’s.

Due to corona, I was allowed to stay inside yet they gave a good amount of Beyond meat veggies bowl and it was very delicious and filling! Now I’m ready for the work to come! You’ve never tried beyond meat, come and get it and enjoy vegetarian life! 🙂

I got the flautas they the bomb. Com and the have great guacamole and my bby had the bean and cheese taco its good too. There tortillas are nice thick and fluffy.But yall the deal is they have margaritas monday thru thur frm 3-6 for $2 you can thank me later
