Spoiled food is being served!! We moved to the area 3 years ago and this place always disappointed. The tacos were never full. You had more shell than anything else. At least until a couple months ago that we decided to give it a try again. But then we went again today, ordered through the drive thru and once I got home to eat my meal I smelled something off like when food starts to spoil when you leave it out. I took a spoonful of rice to taste it and had to spit it back out. The rice was sour and had gone bad. I’m glad I tasted it first before giving some to my toddler. My daughter for sure would’ve have gotten sick eating this if it wasn’t because I always check anything I serve her. You can do better Taco Bueno. I went on 8/22/23 and filled out the survey because no one would answer the phone. Only thing is I couldn’t leave a description of my concern on the survey.

Got a Big beef burrito today which I usually get there once a month. Usually great. Today was terrible. When he handed it to me I was like is this really a big burrito? Has basically no cheese or sour cream. All teenagers working had to ring a bell for service, do better Bueno!

Service was good. If you want some good tacos, this is NOT it. Go to Taco Bell and you’ll get much better tacos. The only decent thing is the sauce for the chips and the burrito with JUST BEANS in it. Do better Taco MALO.

Taco Bueno has good food including great platters. They changed Mgrs so things are alittle shaky right now but they try to communicate when new employees are on board and they do compensate when a mistakes is made. I’m not going to smash them, they try and they always come back with excellence! Yummy keep up the good work

Definitely in my top 3 experiences in fast food dining. The staff was very cordial. The food was spot on as usual and the dining area was very clean. I learned my lesson on what a B.O.B is. Don’t get two. Get the B.O.B and a regular burrito. Kudos to the owner and manager for actually caring about the customer experience
