The tacos were so bland and it was even after filling up on salsa, onions and jalapeños. The most bland tacos ive ever tasted. Taco bell makes better tacos. The service was really great though. Cashier who helped me very kind. 5 stars to her. Dining area very clean, spotless actually. But the food was so bland.

Went in to eat with my infant tonight and when I tell you I was SHOCKED. There was a delivery driver waiting when I walked in and another customer sitting in the dining area waiting on his order with his salsas on the counter. I’m going to assume new manager? Blonde hair older lady. Yea she told delivery driver they can’t start on that order (rudely) they are backed up and he was waiting patiently so he ended up leaving without the order he was waiting on. Then me and my infant where sitting at the table waiting on our food (2 burritos 1 soft taco 1 party burrito ) I looked at my receipt because I’m like this is taking way longer than normal time. (I was there for 25 minutes!!!) I see the other gentleman who was there before me still waiting and I asked him “you haven’t got your food either?” He said “no Iv been sitting here waiting while she yells” I go to the counter to see what’s taking so long and I see they are preparing food I asked where my food is and it was just sitting on the metal above where they prepare the food… I got my food went to sit back down with my child and I was disappointed to hear the manager yell at the employees the entire time. They are clearly new employees and where struggling. But to sit there and listen to that was disturbing. I don’t know what happened to the old employees because I come here all the time they where kind!!! Maybe it’s different from early morning employees but I will be back to talk to someone about his incident because that is no way you should treat your employees. Then to be behind 30+ minutes on orders is crazy!!! Mind you it was me another customer and delivery driver inside and when I got there one person in the drive-through…:

Went in for a third party delivery, requested the drink that was on the order and was told repeatedly that it “does not matter” which it very much did. I explained it was on the receipt on the food and was told it didn’t “show up back there” whatever that’s supposed to mean. The lady at the counter must be the sprite warrior who won’t let a single ounce of sprite leave even if the customer payed for it. The lady chose to give me some sass as I was leaving so I gave her a less than kind hand gesture. I’m not trying to get into show downs over soft drinks when I’m out delivering, there was no reason for that interaction to drag out as long as it did. Getting head strong over nothing left me at risk of getting in trouble with my company and left the customer without the full order. Please do better

Clearing the lobby orders and making us wait 20 minutes while you serve 18 drive-through customers is unacceptable. I’m sure corporate does not know that you just clear the orders so they think they are delivered and make the people that walk inside while you serve people that pull in the drive-through 10 minutes after I arrive.

I ordered online, and was told I could pick it up in the drive-through. The drive through attendant told me that they couldn’t find the order. When I walked in it was visible and on a table behind the counter. Please do better.

First time at this location and was impressed. I was the only person in the dining room on a Wednesday at noon, but the drive-through was busy. Waited a few minutes to have my order taken but was acknowledged as soon as I walked in, and the service was courteous and friendly throughout. The dining area was immaculate and the fresh salsa bar was well-stocked and actually fresh. The food was tasty and hit the spot. They played good music, too! Need more of these in Central Texas please!

I used to love taco bueno. Their tacos, great. Price is too high now. Size of taco is too small. I can’t say it’s worth eating here anymore.

Got the whole lotta box and it was a whole lotta nothin. They had no rice so they gave us 4 containers of beans. No soda. No tea. The burritos were half their size and the beans in the burritos were burnt. It was only 8:45pm, so they shouldn’t be in close down mode on a Sunday. Never coming back here again. Wish I could get a refund.

Not my favorite place. The food does not seem very fresh. I had the taco salad and it was meatioker at best. The salsa bar Pico digio was not fresh at all. I had a sour smell so I skipped it.

Despite always asking the drive through employees to confirm, without fail, they appear incapable of differentiating between bean and beef, as we always receive the opposite of what we order.

Is it our fault for consistently returning to this location expecting different results? I suppose so.

The food we receive, even if it is not what we ordered—which is an expectation at this point—is typically well prepared, however.

Nevertheless, when you want a beef burrito, you want a beef burrito…
