The food is inconsistent from day to day. The service is generally good, quick, and friendly. The atmosphere is clean. However, on a bad day, the food order is incorrect and the service is slow. I have a few things that are my favorite from Taco Bell, yet I can order the same thing 3 different times and my burrito will be different on all 3 items. It is so strange that the food is so different from day to day even if you ask for the same burrito ordered from the day before. Different employees put different ingredients on it according to their preference apparently which makes knowing what your favorite food item is difficult since it is never the same. Overall taste is fine. The temperature of the food is generally hot.

If I could give 0 stars to this location I would. It isn’t being managed or they simply don’t care. Got simple chips and queso and the chips were stale as an cardboard hard stale wouldn’t event come apart. I’m nervous now to eat the rest of the food. Definitely won’t be back to any Taco Bueno.

2 stars because food was edible. Service was bad.. hire more staff if long waits for customers is an issue. We were waiting 15/20 minutes. That’s not fast food. And the quality of how they made it was poor. The juat slapped the tacos together. They only filled my rice HALFWAY and the salsa bar was questionable. The cilantro was getting low and the stuff at the bottom was BLACK completely rotten they don’t use the first in first out method they just put new cilantro on top of rotting.. It’s probally the same with the salsa to.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to Bueno – it used to be my “go to” but quality had gone down and the seasonal rotation of Tortilla Soup meant I couldn’t get it when I liked. Yesterday some of the chips were stale, but everything else was perfect. Their beans and beef have returned to form! I got a beef and chicken chilada – they use shredded chicken now instead of the grilled chicken breast and it was a bit different, but still good. I prefer the beef now though. Muchaco was great, I’ve always loved the salsa… And the queso is perfect for pouring over everything like the perfect cheese gravy Nacos, Tacos, and the party quesadilla made everyone happy… and full!

Placed to go order online. It was supposed to be ready at 6:57 pm. When I arrived at the store at 7 pm, I was told they didn’t have my order yet and I would need to come inside and wait for them to make it. The purpose of ordering online is so I wouldn’t need to go inside. The food wasn’t very good. The burritos and the tostada were supposed to to have sauce and cheese on them. There was barely any sauce and no cheese. We ordered several different types of food. Everything was wrapped the same so we had to open everything to identify what it was.

The last 3 visits at Taco Bueno on 1st street…. I ordered tacos…the meat dry, the crispy shells are Stale, and the lettuce is mushy and sour!

Went through drive through at TB on town east. Simple order but had to repeat it 3 times and then heard somebody in the background mimicking me! I confronted young hispanic man at drive through about this disrespectful behavior and he said he didn’t know what I was talking about. Being young does not excuse stupid behavior. I won’t be going back to this locatio. By the way my wait time in drive through line – 25 minites!

It’s usually really good however this time it was not. It didn’t taste like the same high quality ingredients that they usually use. We got a couple of party tacos, party quesadillas, party Taco roll ups and a muchaco. The muchaco shell tasted stale and the beans tasted burnt.
