In 1967, we opened our doors in Abilene, TX to share fresh, authentic Mexican food. They gave me an ice cold taco. Everything was so cold like the entire taco had been frozen and thawed. You could feel it through the paper. The sauce container were ice cold too and the sauce half frozen. Shocked they served this. I thought they made things to order. They remade it for me but by that point, I didn’t even want to eat it. No more Taco Bueno cravings for me.

Well I haven’t had Taco Bueno in a long time and I have to say that I know they can do better. I order a taco and it was 3.77 for one. I order extra lettuce and tomatoes and I was willing to pay for it. I didn’t get that at all. I hope that when customers ask for something extra that it will be honorable to receive it. Thank you Taco Bueno.

Get off the phone a do your job! Dirty this place is filthy and the staff do not care. Everyone but the manager had gloves on touching their faces, pants and floors never changing at all. The manager touched trash and a lot of other things never washing her hand one time yet touching all the food with her bare hands. The restaurant is extremely dirty!

I frequent several Buenos. Ordered 5 beef roll ups. Got maybe the correct amount of meat and cheese worth 3 roll ups. No receipt and a joke “that’s too many” when I ordered. Wouldn’t bother with this location.

Bait and switch. They try to trick you into paying more and refuse to honor advertised prices. Highly illegal. Advertised whole lot of platter as 10:49 and rang it up as 10:99. I will be reporting to the FTC since you refused to honor the price. I know what you’re trying to do!!!!! Check your receipt!!!

It’s always cool to come into a fast food restaurant that is first of all clean and second of all have a staff that is friendly friendly friendly and super helpful. It also helps that they never run out of food. This is indeed an ideal fast food restaurant.

It was disappointing. We haven’t been there in awhile and it sounded good. We ordered the beef mucho nachos combo meal from the drive thru. All of the chips were soggy in the 10 minutes or so that it took for me to drive home. On top of that, I was charged extra for the medium drinks that I think were already included with the combo meals AND it wasn’t even the same price for the Med Dr Pepper as it was for the Med Coke. How does that even happen? I don’t know what they were doing but I was over charged and the food wasn’t good this time. Very disappointing.

Bought a whole-lotta nothing!! Ordered a wholotta box with 10 tacos and 2 burritos. All 10 tacos has basically nothing in them but she’ll and lettuce and some cheese!!! Feel ripped off!! Drive through lady was extremely nice, but cool need to be fired!!
