This Taco Bell is bad! If you want tacos, taco Johns is way better, or even any other location! We go here sometimes because it is convenient but our order is usually wrong or they forget something. Yesterday we had the worst experience. We placed an order on the app and payed. NEVER received anything! We came around again a few hours ago. Nothing. Today we went back and told them what happened. After a long wait in the drive through we went back around. *staff wasn’t very kind* finally received food after being told NO and that they couldn’t do anything about it. We didn’t get a refund. McDonald’s is better at this point, but sometimes you just want tacos.

Went to the drive thru and had our order taken by Janaya, who was rude from the start, seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing and ended up repeating ourselves multiple times. Gave us small drinks for our combos which, and asked why we didn’t get medium because we checked and your website states you get a medium drink. Was going to show her but she quickly handed us our food and then slammed the door shut.

Why have a lobby if you’re not going to use it. And the drive through, why are you only taking one order at a time. Serving them at the window before you take another customers order. This whole place needs retrained or shut down. What kind of owner or even manager lets this go on.

They are on a roll! Second time in a row I visited and the dining room was open. Staff was working hard to fill orders but not that aware of those at the front counter. I see they are actively recruiting with a display stand inside the store. On the up and up.

Lobby is always closed. No sign on doors. I saw at least a dozen people try to eat in lobby only to find the door locked. Waited in line for over 5 min without moving @1:39 (not even peak lunch time). Finally I asked all the cars behind me to back up so I could get out of line. Two cars followed me to Arby’s. Yikes terrible service. Not the first time this has happened there.

Came and the lady on the drive thru said hello and then ignored me for 10 mins finally she got back on the speaker and took my order. I watched four people leave because they couldn’t get into the lobby and no one was answering the drive thru. I can’t imagine you only have one headset and didn’t charge it. Get it together.

This location is just an absolute $*@!show. Sign says breakfast, never open for it. Menu has breakfast on it, again, not even sure why. Some days they’re closed before 9 pm. Just went thru drive thru at 530 on a Sunday, guy said to wait a moment. Ok, no problem. Guy never came back. No one else in drive thru. Why even keep this location open? I don’t know why I even keep trying.
