In 1967, we opened our doors in Abilene, TX to share fresh, authentic Mexican food. Now, almost 52 years later, while the other guys have turned to packaged and processed foods, we’ve stayed true to our roots by crafting authentic recipes in each of our kitchens. We order for “party tacos” and paid $.49 each for sour cream. Not a dot of sour cream on the tacos. We received two subpar tacos and a bean burrito. Not what we ordered. The girl at the window turned around to ask if there was sour cream on them, the response was “I don’t know “.

I absolutely love the happy lil taco girls here. They are always in a good mood. It’s rare to go in and not hear good music and a jobile atmosphere. These people work hard and are overly accommodating even in the face of the angry Karen’s of the world they offer service with a smile and a thank you. Sometimes during peak hours there is a bit of a wait but the food and vibes n the restaurant are totally worth it.

They have a greasy long hair brunette man working here with the most monotone jerk voice. I was having a good night until he answered drive through with an attitude and wasn’t speaking clearly so I misheard and he proceeded to get ruder. Never coming back to this location.

The line was long at the drive through so we went in. The workers were singing along with blaring loud country music. The lobby was dirty. There were no napkins. The BOB we ordered was cold and smaller than normal.
