Got a whollotta box the refried beans was completely liquid and the soft burritos are not even half way filled. I requested for all soft tacos which I have done plenty of times before but they said they can’t which is fine but yet the soft tacos aren’t even full. Would not recommend this location at all

I am very disappointed in the unacceptable food I was given today at our Taco Bueno Restaurant. I have the photos and receipt to verify this complaint. Please send me the email to where I can send them to l, so the one who is reading this will know I have visual proof of the sorry excuse of tacos and burritos I was given today.
This is the only Taco Bruno in at least a 30 mile radius, and one would think it would have high standards in serving the food that is advertised, especially when they are competing with other taco establishments such as Taco Bell and Taco Mayo. We live 17 miles from the Taco Bueno and we go out of our way to eat there because we enjoy their food. But not today. If this was something minor, I would overlook it, but we were cheated out of a full meal.
The tacos I received had a smidgen on taco meat and couldn’t even fill the bottom of the taco and it was filled with lettuce and tomatoes, thinking it would hide the minimum scoop of taco meat I received on all of my tacos. If I put all of the taco meat from all six tacos, it would have only filled one taco decently. Unacceptable.
Additionally, our bean burritos were practically empty! One third of the burrito had nothing in it; it was just a tortilla. Again, I took photos to send to show visual proof of this complaint.
For us to pay almost $30 to feed my family of four and get these skimpy scoops of taco meat in my taco and a practically empty bean burrito that left my family still hungry is truly unacceptable and I am very disappointed and upset.
We have been patrons of Taco Bueno for several years, choosing them over the other competitive taco establishments, but tonight’s meal was truly disappointing to say the least. I know my almost $30 meal will not put a bucket in this corporation, but if you strive for customer satisfaction like you preach on your commercials nationwide, then the management of this particular store has a lot to learn to teach their staff quality food control.

Lawton, OK Taco Bueno on 6/25/25 around 7pm … Purchased 3 crispy beef thru the drive thru. Received one taco worth of meat divided between 3 crispy taco shells. Not all tacos contained tomatoes. One-fourth inch wide flat tacos tasted more like lettuce tacos. This is about par for this particular restaurant. $2.69 for lettuce tacos is ridiculous, especially when you paid for beef. See pictures. I don’t believe Taco Bueno Corporate has any influence on how this particular store does business.

Taco Bueno at 82nd Street; Lawton, Oklahoma has definitely up their game since last time I visited a few years back. Current management and staff seems to care about customer experience. Atmosphere seems inviting, staff is friendly, restaurant is clean and well stocked. I ordered a muchaco and a bean burrito this evening. Definitely was not disappointed! Yum!

Pictured here is THREE WHOLOTTA BOXES. 30 crispy tacos and 6 burritos all in plastic bags. No mention of being out of boxes OR salsa. Didn’t offer queso in replacement of the salsa, but definitely charged me $3.49 for one. This is $69 worth of food all shoved into two plastic bags. Most tacos broken. Never again and will NOT be back. No communication about any of this either. Had to drive back through for them to tell me they were out. Didn’t get any spoons for the rice or beans either. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better!

Clean establishment, and there was even an employee cleaning up in the parking lot. Food was ready in just a couple minutes and looked and tasted great. The salsa bar was clean and stocked. I am all about a place that lets me put cilantro, onions, and salsa on the food how I like. I hope every visit is as great as this one.

Taco Bueno’s advertisements were very enticing but, I was disappointed when I finally got to try it. We went through the drive-thru and ordered two platters. It was lunch hour and it was pretty busy so we had to wait a while before getting up to the window. I am assuming the person who put our plates in the bag didnt place them in correctly because the food slid to one side of the plate. Next, I am assuming a hot meal since its busy but the rice was cold and tasteless. The portion for how much you pay is not enough. My husband was disappointed in the small amount of food he got. Overall, the food was ok but I wouldn’t visit again.

Went by taco bueno because it’s a baseball night. Got the 5 tacos and 5 burritos and every single one of our tacos looked like this. The burritos barely had beans in them and I ordered three regular queso and chips and the cup of cheese was barely half full and there was maybe 7 chips in each bag. I tried calling but the phone has been busy for the past 20 minutes. Very disappointed especially when I have hungry boys!
