Stood there yesterday from like 5:20 to 5:30 watching the register guy talk to his boy on FaceTime. The other girl asked him to put his numbers into the register twice. By the time dude walked up to me to ask me about my uber eats order he didn’t even know what planet he was on.
I’m calling once yall open because people like that shouldn’t even be working unsupervised late shifts he need a new job. Do better Taco Bell there is only a few of you in Allentown

Double check your orders my friend and I went through the drive thru for lunch. Absolutely nothing was right. We didn’t notice until we already drove away…..if it weren’t for the tight schedule we would have went back.

Awful experience! I ordered 7 items from this store through DoorDash and received 2 of them and 1 was wrong! Went on DoorDash and had the missing items redelivered and it was still wrong! 1 item missing and the rest were ice cold and just thrown in the bag! Never again and this is a new Taco Bell?! I did try to call the store, but sat on hold! Very disappointed!!!!

Awful it’s a new store & i had high hopes for it but, it looks like they need new managers & retrain their employees. The food was cold and empty. the app doesn’t update as it should all in all we had a bad experience, thus the rating

Placed my order like an hour ago and when I called into the restaurant they said they weren’t gonna open til one due to the snow which I understand but then they said to cancel my order and replace it once they opens I spent 20 minutes trying to cancel the order and there’s no way possible for me to do it because the customer service is closed Saturday and Sundays so I had to wait almost and hour and 15 minutes for them to make the order without being able to get it canceled or get a refunded

I ordered $50 worth of food and only got maybe half of what I ordered for example I got the number 6 which is two chalupa’s and a taco and they literally misplaced one of the chalupas.. like how, it is literally a two chalupa meal and I also ordered quesadillas and they all had maybe a little pocket of cheese and no meat I don’t understand what’s wrong with some of these employees like they’re good when it’s like maybe two meals anything above that they screw up every time, your employees need to do better or you need better employees you guys are literally reading it off of a screen so I’m not really sure how you can screw up when it’s literally right in front of you, but at least you got my drinks for.

Good location and nice outside tables that you can use to eat your food. Food was horrible, ordered crunchy wrap but they put minimum veggies in there. It was all bread without much sauce which I had pay extra but got minimal sauce and veggies stuffed in that crunchy wrap. I show my concern to the manager on duty and he rudely said that’s what corporate wants him to add in the crunch wrap. I had several crunch wraps from several other taco bell so not sure what kind of corporate rules this manager is following. He treated other customers that complained to him very rudely too. I wish i got his name but it was at around 11:30pm on 8/29/25 so hopefully someone from the management team can see the schedule to figure out on duty manager. Never going to repeat them unless they hire better staff that knows how to treat customers.

Love this store and location.
Visited my first time Sunday August 17; had my go-to: Chalupa. Added the rice and beans burrito.
Food was hot, very tasty. I was alone in the restaurant (late evening), maybe because of the heavy rain storm.
Staff members are friendly and exceptional.
Clean store, including bathrooms. Ample parking.
Like the picnic tables outside! It’s where I wanted to eat but the heavy rain kept that from happening.
Will definitely return !!!

They get the orders right pretty well because you have to order and pay through a kiosk. Really bad service right now. The staff was fumbling about, struggling to fulfill orders. For example, they realized that they were out of chalupa shells, so they had to make more right in the middle of my order. Then like 10 minutes later, they realized that nobody had done it yet. Some guy who wasn’t wearing a hairnet finally started making more. Over the 25+ minutes we were waiting, we got to hear the staff talking very inappropriately and enjoy the filthy tables in the dining area. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. We were the only people waiting for a majority of the time there. No idea where the manager was. The food was obviously cold when we got it. The rice was also crunchy? How does that happen, was our food prepared wrong?
