We are Brazilian, but we have lived in Mexico for over 10 years and really miss Mexican food here! The seasoning at Tacos Buddha took me right back to Mexico! Everything was very fresh and delicious… The corn tortillas were very tasty, and the guacamole was a delight! We really enjoyed it. The service is great and the place is very pleasant. It was a lovely surprise.

Taco Buddha is a cool little hang in a nice walking neighborhood in University City. They’ve got a little bit of indoor seating but most of the tables are on the patio out front. Really tasty tacos but not what I would call authentic street tacos. The queso is really good too. The ordering system at each table was also really easy to use. Chips were a little thinner than I prefer but still salty and pretty good. The margaritas aren’t the best in the city, but they’re tasty enough to order again next time. Overall if you like tacos like I do, you should give this place a try.

My favorite place in St. Louis! I moved away and I miss Taco Buddha more than my friends sometimes. (They know this! ) I’ve brought anyone who ever visited me here. I want someone to franchise it in Pawleys Island, SC (where I moved) because I selfishly want to be able to have Taco Buddha more than once a year and because I know the people would love it!! Please please please come to South Carolina! I’ll probably be ack tomorrow for one more taco & marg before I fly back out!

I love this place. I went twice this week. This time I tried the Del Rio, and the taco special of the month the Busan. Both delicious. The chips are light and crisp, the green salsa is thick and served warm. The service is on point. Thanks!

Very good tacos. I got the taco of the month “The Bangkok “. I also got “The Buloxi”. My daughter got fish tacos. The tacos were flavorful and quite filling. Like they said you only need one or two tacos at most. The dining area is small but there is more room outside if you don’t mind it. Besides if your like me once the drinks kick in you won’t care. The menu is a QR code so you can start a tab. Also tried a couple drinks “The Paloma and “Tequila Sunrise . Nice little family lunch. Gotta go back with the gf for brunch and bevvies!!

First time experiencing Taco Buddha. The food was outstanding and the staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. I couldn’t believe how fast the food came out after ordering through the QR code and it was so fresh/taste buds booming!
My wife has celiac and they are beyond GF friendly to meet her needs!
10/10 and highly recommend for anyone who hasn’t been able to experience this yet!

First time here ever! The customer service was top tier and oh so friendly! The lovely hostess who took my order was so insightful when I asked what their faves were on the menu! I knew I wanted the Pozole and it didn’t disappoint! So flavorful! I wanted to try a couple of the fusion tacos as well. Had to have strength and drive home without tearing into everything . The tacos are so generously stuffed that I couldn’t fit them into my taco holders lol. 10/10 recommend!

Stopped in during an afternoon walk for a happy hour frozen margarita and their September taco of the month, the Bangkok, a fried coconut shrimp taco. I think Taco Buddha has outdone themselves! Absolutely delish! If you like heat, add their green spicy salsa!

The service is great, very friendly. And when they say, they suggest two tacos per person as a complete Meal they’re absolutely right. The tacos are huge.
The Taos is good on the spicy side.
The vegetarian taco needs the hot sauce. They provide to create more flavor.
