I don’t know what’s changed but this location is not providing the same quality it use to. Been coming here for 7+ years and recently it’s gotten worse. Customer service is basically non-existent. If you go inside, they just stare at you, no greeting or anything. Items are either missing or not correct. Food looks thrown together. The picture included is supposed to be the new dipping burrito sticks. If I hadn’t asked for a straw, I wouldn’t have received one, and my cinnamon twist that I paid for, were missing. And thats just one part of my order. Last time coming here

I ordered a crunch wrap supreme combo and a second crunch wrap supreme. Well I made the mistake of assuming this restaurant was competent and could do their very simple job of placing two crunch wrap supremes and a taco in the bag. Unfortunately I have driven all the way home by the time I discovered this problem that only a single crunch wrap was in my bag. On top of this! This incompetent restaurant’s listed phone number seems to be plugged into a fax or modem and I can not call them. Is this screw up by this restaurant worth a 15 minute drive back to the restaurant. I don’t know but this lack of intelligence by the employees here should be shared with management and corporate.

Tonight, 1/26/2025, my wife on her way home from the hospital stopped by to pickup a late dinner for us. Everything we get is ordered the same way every single time for 14+ years. Tonight every taco is cracked in half due to lazy or clumsiness when bagging as well as there was only cheese on the tacos ordered from my #1 crunchy supreme meal. Order is always no lettuce and add chicken instead of beef. Even if they were cheese only why is there almost no cheese on this taco? To pay $35+ and this is what we receive is a joke. Usually I say nothing and let it go but with prices as high as they are this isn’t acceptable. The tomatoes and sour cream are only there in such a little amount because my wife asked for sides to try and make up for their mistake. Clearly they didn’t even give enough for us to rectify this.
My suggestion to all customers is to check every single part of your order before getting home or simply go to a real Mexican joint from now on. This location has been sliding downhill for months depending on who’s working. This makes me sad because there use to be a few nice folks that were at this location.

Drive thru people are usually super unfriendly and they can’t even have stuff in working order. Drinks are flat and come.put of the machine warm broken ice machines. They don’t make orders correct 80% of the time. Clearly whoever runs this taco bell doesn’t care about customers what so ever. Go to mcdonalds like right down the street you’ll have better experience. I would give zero stars if possible.

Usually I would rank this 5 stars, for the numerous years I lived in the area. This was the only consistent fast food area that was clean and good. Last night we got it as a family, and I noticed my one taco was cold and it didn’t really click with me at first. I usually admired this locations quality, but I continued having stomach pains. I woke up the next morning, with rejecting my food and constant cramping. Safe to say, I do not trust this location anymore.
