First time here and the food and staff was amazing….until some Karen came in cussing the staff. The staff handled it very professional and were still nice I would have told her to pound sand cussing the staff calling them rude??? They were very busy and I can see why everything is ordered was delicious I ordered way to much but wanted to try everything Great job ladies

This is easily my go to sandwich shop when I’m in Cheyenne for work. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and the sandwiches are consistently awesome! Plus, I’ve never had to wait any longer than five minutes for my food, this place is super efficient. Highly recommended!

Customer service is such an important factor, especially in industries like the food service, retail, and hospitality industries. Whether it’s something simple as a customer picking up a takeout order or someone dining in, it’s important to exhibit great customer service in every customer interaction, even if it’s a brief visit. With all that said, this silver mine location really blew me away with their superb customer service when I was picking up a recent order. For what it’s worth, this is the only silver mine location in town I’ve frequented because it’s close to my house, and I’ve picked up food here numerous times. The aforementioned recent time I picked up food here was just great. It was a great atmosphere, and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Each employee I talked to during my visit was really friendly and welcoming. I was basically in and out because it didn’t take long to make my sandwich. Even if my visit was quick, the customer service that was shown to me left a big impression on me. So kudos to the employees there. I definitely look forward to continuing to get food from here.

I wasted my money here bad, won’t do that twice. Workers staff was great just terrible subs edging on inedible i threw mine out and made a sandwich when i got home. honestly if the food here was free I wouldn’t go and It was very very expensive for a sub.

Ordered on DoorDash @12:30am. I could already tell, that there were no drivers on the app once I ordered. Dillon LITERALLY brought my food RIGHT TO ME, at the Pilot truck stop, right up the street. Called in to let them know how much I appreciate it. Truckers normally don’t get get a lot of options. Tim sounded pretty cool as well. GREAT customer service. Thank you!

Was craving a sub and found this spot. Had a great sub can’t remember the name but it was their version of an Italian. Had good flavor and I think they make their bread there it was good too. Best of all they had Mrs Vikies Salt and Vinegar chips!!

So I live 4 and half blocks from Jimmy John’s and 4 and half MILES from this place. I got my order in under 20 min from here and it was delicious! Great service and speed! Food was delicious as well!!! As for Jimmy John’s I usually wait over an hour and order is wrong or forget something. So for saying you are freaky fast subs, may want get some tips from these guys about speed!

First time experience and was not disappointed! I had worked a 12 hour shift, then rushed to Bible study. Halfway through, my stomach reminded me that I hadn’t eaten all day. It was late and I was searching for something quick and healthier than the typical fried or mystery meat fast food options. Silver mine was close and the menu looked promising. Upon arrival, Sam was very friendly and welcoming despite it being late in the evening. He was incredibly knowledgeable about their menu options and their health conscious choices. He was able to maintain pleasant conversation while staying on task and I received my food faster than I would’ve in a drive thru. The establishment was clean and well maintained as were the employees. The credit card processing system could use an upgrade, but other than that, this business and it’s staff far exceeded expectations and I am all too eager to bring my business here again!
