I used the drive thru, the guy who took my order was very polite and helpful. He had a great sense of humor and seemed very cool! I asked him what he like best on the menu and he advised me to get the grill chicken cheese burrito. He asked if I’d like to make it a combo, and I said yes! The next window is where it got even better, even the cook in the background had a great sense of humor, he said hey what’s up and said hey man have a great day. He passed over the bag to the guy in the window who took my order. They where all happy looking men enjoying their time at work. It made me smile! Good job guys. I didn’t get their names but ok posting a pic of my order number for verification and hopefully they are recognized for their great customer service.

Ordered delivery today and got my food after an hour because of a lot of orders which is understandable but getting a crunchwrap with barely anything in it and getting a cheese quesadilla with barely any cheese isn’t worth the money I spent. With this being my first crunch wrap supreme after hearing so many people saying how much they like them did not win me over. I got the bottom of the nachos bag I guess because my nachos are just little pieces and I paid extra for supreme tacos but these dont look supreme. I had this quality issue with this taco bell the last two times I ordered from them and gave one more chance and they proved to me that they just dont care. I worked at Taco bell before and i dont want to hear that because it is so busy they couldn’t make my food the way it should be. The team I worked with made sure people got food with the proper amount of meat, vegetables, and sauce. Quality and care has definitely deteriorated.

I do not recommend this place at all. This is not a five layer burrito. Horrible service. My entire order was messed up. Some people work and can’t turn around. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

They added 10 scoop of beans when I said easy beans . Don’t go to this location go to another one . Crazy owner and they don’t how to train the staff please sell this location to someone that wants to run properly I’m ready to buy thank you .

I wanted to give 5 stars just for the employees’ efforts. Clearly this location has severe staffing issues due to the wait. However, the girls working were so apologetic and were obviously doing their best to keep the shift going. They let us know the food was being worked on and although it was a while, they maintained professionalism and a kind attitude. I have personally worked food service where you have so few people that the front of house IS the back of house as well, and I suspect this was the case. The food was good (I am sure particularly fresh given the situation). My only other comment is that the parking lot has a lot of trash and there weren’t receptacles – likely is not Taco Bell specifically since other stores share the lot. Anyway, the workers at this location work so hard and I hope their managers (and the managers themselves who are working alongside with them) are recognizing solid work ethic.

I placed my order at 8:30PM and got my food about 8:55 PM. At this time of night they shut down the side that make dinning room food and all the food is made by the drive through side 2 people. When I first placed my order there was 1 car in drive through. After I sat down I stopped counting at 6 cars that ordered after me but got their food before me. The food itself was good. The sad part is it’s slower during lunch time. Afternoon time through drive through can be 25 minutes. Bottom line if you crave the bell go to a different location. Update Gave them another shot I think they were worse this time than Last time

The staff is so rude and half the time they are out of everything. I don’t understand why it takes so long for food to come out when you force customers to order their own food. The audacity to ask for a tip after ordering food myself and picking it up myself.

On 8/7/2025, I visited this location and had a very negative experience. A tall male employee at the front was extremely rude and aggressive. He closed the door in my face and said, “We are closed,” even though it was only 8:50 PM. I then went through the drive-thru, where the staff were also very rude and unprofessional. On top of that, the food was poorly prepared and served cold. Based on this experience, we will not be visiting this location again.
