I am so appalled at the fries I just got from here, and then when I went to bring them back and asked if I could please show a manager, since none of the other workers wanted to answer wth it was on my fries…so I waited for a manager, just for him to tell me the same thing “he doesn’t know, but have a good night” like WHAT?!?!?! Is he joking? Ew I am so grossed out, and the fact they acted so nonchalant about it…

Very good. Rare Taco Bell with the LJS. Two things, best Taco Bell around by far. Second, get that Long John’s menu up to the same standard as the Taco Bell one. One is UHD and the other is literally cardboard. LJS app working at this location would make it a home run. I place a mobile order using the Taco Bell app and have to place any LJS add-ons at the window which causes a timing conflict. Either way, amazing food quality for both franchises. Clean, fresh and on point.

Always a flop, no matter which Taco Bell I go to. I used to love Taco Bell and now they give you this for $10… it doesn’t have anything in it! (And I paid for extras)
Staff also always ignores you when you’re standing at the counter… what happened to someone working the desk?

I ordered Taco Bell on 11/10/2025 around midnight through a mobile order. It took 15 minutes to get my food because the service was incredibly slow, even though there was only one car ahead of me. When I finally got it, the tacos were a mess and had almost no filling. It was mostly shell with a little meat tossed in. I ate them anyway, but a few hours later I woke up nauseous and have been recovering from food poisoning since. This is the first time I have ever gotten sick from fast food. I will never be returning to this Taco Bell.

ordered online, watched them give our order to the wrong people (the car in front of us) then go up to the car to get our order back to then give us the exact same food that they had already given out to another guest. workers acted like we were wrong for wanting them to remake the food, and they didn’t! we left with the food we watched go into somebody else’s car so 1/10 don’t go here

Service was a little upsetting today. Put in a mobile order at about 9:40, showed up at around 9:48. Sat at the drive thru speaker for about 5 mins without acknowledgement before calling the store on the phone to be told that they don’t open until 10. Ok, fine. Hours posted should reflect that or if they really have to open late there should be a sign, even handwritten, just placed on the speaker so that people know and do not have to sit there. Communication is appreciated. So we go up the street grab coffee, make it back a couple mins after 10, check in our order at the speaker, and then are asked to pull around front to wait for our food. That’s fine too, various places have to do that sometimes. Just upset it took 15 mins for us to get our food after that. On a good note, food was tasty. Our mexican pizzas were a little sad when we opened it but it tasted good and seemed nicely filled. Burritos were a good size too and tasted fine, adequate sauce was given. The new brisk fruity sparkling tea also tasted good! Just a little disappointed about our experience today. Staff kept up a good attitude though.

Nothing tells people you hate your job more than purposely overcooking food and holding up a line so everyone gets cold food.
We were excited to see a LJS in the area when we moved here. First time we went it was a bunch of giggly kids but they got the order right so no complaints. This past weekend I cannot say the same. Not only was our order so overcooked it was rubber, instead of letting us move forward so the people behind us could have their food, they just let the food get cold and drinks get warm for everyone behind us. The young ladies sat hovered around giggling while we waited 7 minutes for our food. Not only us but the 5 cars behind us that cranked out one after another as soon as we pulled over to check our food was all there. Shame on the lack of management and shame on the quality of the food.
Ps.. crispies and hushpuppies were absolute perfection!

I will be honest – I can’t stop the Taco Bell machine but at least I can tell you to avoid this link in the Taco Bell Chain.

Lately, I have to go through my orders when I pick them up like Sherlock Holmes in his last mystery novel. I don’t have enough finger, toes, or other digits to count the amount of order issues that I have had with order inaccuracies.

Like others have mentioned before recently, this location has gone down DRASTICALLY. On today’s episode of “My Adventures at Taco Bell”, my normal order (which is to feed four), was placed in a cardboard party box that is about as paper thin as single ply toilet paper. Firstly, didn’t know order on the app nearly took 25-30 mins to pick up. Yikes – I could have made it through the chik-fil-a drive thru line 3 times over than wait for the food here (and you know that means something) . Secondly, the warmer in which they put the food under is about as useless to keep warm as wearing a bikini in December. Turn the heat up please or come up with a better solution!

Back to the toilet paper box – this was filled to the top and I mean stuffed with my items. It had to be stapled shut. Sauce packets peeking out the top like zombie’s behind the hospital door in that first episode of The Walking Dead. Usually, they will give me a box and bag but someone had the great idea to exceed the weight capacity of the toilet paper box.

So here I am – driving home, looking into the sunset, wind in my hair, seat back, read to eat some Taco Bell. Needless to say as I walk in my door, the cardbox box fought as long and hard as it could until the entire handle ripped off due to its weight capacity. This box was so heavy even Southwest Airlines would have made me pay for baggage. So in turns, there goes my order on the floor. And check out my Mexican Pizza – after its all smushed, it looks just like the way its going to come out!

All joking aside – this local store sucks. I’ll gladly drive to Glassboro to get better service.
