This Taco Bell was AWESOME!
Let’s start with service: Carlos, David, and Alicia were awesome employees—so much so that I asked for their names for this review. I was greeted warmly, order was double-checked, and I got everything with no issue. Good customer service at fast food restaurants is hard to come by, so receiving excellent customer service was a sparkling experience!
Food: It almost tasted HEALTHY! Other than the Crunchwrap supreme, which is just the way I like it. We got Doritos crunchy tacos, beef chalupas, and the Crunchwrap. Really happy with everything we got—taste was there, low on greasiness, and well made. Aaaaaand, the legend of day two post-Taco Bell didn’t happen and I felt great! 🙂
Overall very happy with both service and food. Exemplary Taco Bell franchise whose employees should be put into those video trainings for new employees. Definitely will come back!

drive through is my go-to and the employees who are there even late are pretty nice! the food doesnt rlly change whether its during normal hours or 4am, and yes i do know how the food tastes at 4am… very good!

Generally, I love crunchy tacos so I decided to pick up a taco pack that had half regular tacos and half supreme tacos (which means they add diced tomatoes and sour cream)
The taco shell did not hold up to the filling. The filling fell out from the bottom, which made it difficult to eat. There wasn’t a lot of taco meat either. Also, for having 12 tacos, they didn’t give enough hot sauce packets. Not worth paying over $30 for it!

The workers are super rude, leave the mic on while your in the drive thru and talk smack about the person they are waiting on.
Everyone is just messing around, and won’t accommodate a simple request that every other time ive been it hasn’t been a problem. Weird.

I haven’t been to this place in years. I was hungry and said, “what the heck.” I ordered 3 crunchy tacos. The person asked me if I wanted any hot sauce. Look at these “tacos.”. Cheese anyone ??? Oh, and they didn’t put the hot sauce in the bag.

Worst service ever.
Drive thru time was very long just to order and long to get my food, only for me to get home and be missing half my order.
Fiance called the store, they refused to issue a refund unless we came back in person. I called myself, Angel the manager said the same thing.
Staff messed up my order and won’t fix their mess. Absolutely horrible service.
