I would give zero if I could. Look at the original style breadsticks and we paid for delivery and they forgot half the order refused to bring them back so we had to drive to pick it up. Just rude and disrespectful staff. Disgusting

Employees there are horrible. I lined up to order pizza, but after he finished with his previous customers, he did not ask me what I want to order or say hi to me as I said hi to him. Super rude!!! And he just walked to the back. Then a woman behind me could not handle and ask if there would be anyone could take the order. I finally got my pizza, but my mom wanted a plastic bag to carry the pizza box instead of holding the box herself, but she doesn’t speak English, so I helped my mom ask the employee “Could you give us a…” I didn’t have a chance to finish my sentence and he just jumped to my mouth said “the topping is enough blab blab blab” After he got all he wanted to say I finally finished my sentence “Could you give us a plastic bag” Is it that hard to let someone finish their sentence before jumping? Is it that hard to say hi to your customers?? Is it that hard to ASK YOUR CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY WOULD LIKE TO ORDER INSTEAD OF IGNORING THEM??? What a trashy ignorance!!! I don’t want to be racist but I am Asian, the woman behind me is black. And guess who will the employee is in this picture. The OPPOSITE!!!!

I live within this pizza hut’s alleged delivery zone. I say “alleged” because this pizza hut does not deliver, but according to the owners of the adjacent pizza hut franchises, whom I have spoken with on this matter, this franchise has a contract granting them exclusive rights to deliver to my house.
There are a half dozen pizza huts within delivery range of my house, but if they deliver to me, in their own words, “this pizza hut franchise can sue us.”
I understand that various organizations use various business models, but it’s embarrassing how cavalier you all are about how your business model has failed me and there’s no one in your entire organization, not a franchise owner, not a local manager, and not anyone at corporate, who has the authority to get a pizza in a car and drive it a distance of under three miles.
And next time, maybe stick some boilerplate in your contracts to the extent “no provision in this contract shall be construed to prevent an address from being eligible for delivery service.”

Website continuously forces me to order from this pizza hut just because of my zip code even though its much further away than 3 other places. Oh and this place doesn’t have online ordering or delivery. So I cant order.
