Went inside and was greeted by employee but no one offered to take order. They had self service kiosks and my mom and I just ended up getting back in the car and going through the drive thru because we didn’t know how to use the kiosk and the employees really only tended to the drive thru. But the drive thru did get our order correct and our food was very hot.

This is my first time at this Taco Bell, I went for lunch. I attempted to dine in but they randomly closed the inside and said “only drive thru was open” at 2pm. I wait in the long line for drive thru, my whole order was disappointing. I didn’t want to wait in the long line again for a refund. My hard shell taco was literally broken into five pieces, I should have had a fork to eat it with at that point, but they did not even give me a fork, which I should have had a fork considering I ordered the fiesta potatoes. My triple layer beef nachos had a max of 7 chips and they were cracked with cold beef. I’m new to California, but the other Taco Bell’s I have experienced here I had a much better experience & quality of food. I was so upset. I only leave reviews when I share positive experiences, but I was so upset about this experience I had to write a review about it. Taco Bell is good wherever you go, you can count on good quality, and well put together food. So I am highly disappointed.

It was an enjoyable time with my kids and wife. They now have kioks to order which is different instead of ordering at the counter with a worker. Although there was always someone available to awnser questions and give a refill.

Whoever is taking on Wednesday, Oct. 29th at around 11:45am needs to pay better attention. First she almost screws up taking my order in the drive-thru which I had repeat 3 times because she kept interrupting me, and also 3 times I said 6 mild sauces and I got none. She needs to stop interrupting people as they’re saying their order.

They dont accept the free taco coupons after the new year so just a heads up. They messed up my order amd gave me a few free taco coupons as a sorry then I went in after new years and said they are expired we no longer accept them. Im like dude. You guys just gave these to me and now I cant use them. Ridiculous!!!

I’ve never had an issue with orders for the many many times I’ve been here (no missed items, wrong substitutions, or hot sauce missing). I’ve only done drive thru so I cannot say anything for the interior, but the speed for the drive thru is very quick and the workers seem nice.

I had a highly unpleasant experience at this location. The cashier became very agitated and raised her voice loudly at me, using offensive language and directing insults toward both me and the other staff members. She was extremely vocal, drawing attention from everyone nearby, and refused to provide her name when asked.
This unprofessional behavior made the interaction distressing and left me feeling disrespected. I suggest the management address staff training to prevent similar incidents in the future.
Mind you i was the only one there at the drive – thru

I like taco bell food, however they tend to close their indoor seating area which also closes the walk in / pick up oprion too. They only allow drive-thru as an option. My truck doesn’t fit through drive-thru, so really no way to have taco bell today.

Taco Bell compared to the other close by fast food places has the longest line. Food is very good, especially the beans. Yummy!
