Very odd experience with fast food. No more self service drinks. They also gave me a new cup when getting a soda refill which seemed wasteful and made me feel uncomfortable asking for a refill.. nice try

There’s a white lady inside ,the Taco Bell says open when I walk in and I ordered to the kiosk and she asked me to leave. I cannot wait for my food inside cause I wasn’t supposed to be inside and I’m like I already pay for the food. She said you gonna have to leave Because you’re not supposed to be inside but the door say 24 hours, then she tried to give me the money back but she can’t and then she decided to give me the food.but I have to leave the place and waited outside,She was very rude and she was profiling me that I don’t like I do not recommend anybody come to this place?

Used to be a good place for me but last couple of times…it’s gone down hill. This location has gone bad. I’ve asked for hot sauce and got none. Tonight I ordered the #6 meal they didn’t have it. So I ordered the #4….. and this is the slop they serve now. Don’t waste your time or money. Oh if you want to know what the photo is of…it’s suppose to be a crunch wrap. This one…I dont think I could feed it to my dog…

11-3-2025, still have horrible employees acting like they are force to be there. Don’t have to wonder why this place is always empty. The employees there need a lot better training.

Not what I ordered. At all!!!!!! The only thing they got right was the fries. The drink didn’t have ice, they told me tho. But thats not a Mexican pizza and I didn’t order the wrap or the loco taco or what ever taco they gave me. Not anything I can do either. It’s after midnight and I’m home. So pissed!!!!!!!

We came here last night for dinner after getting back from our trip and I’m not very happy to say the least. My husband and 3 kids got so sick (I’m thinking food poisoning) 2 had diarrhea and 2 were vomiting. I can honestly say I will never go there again. Now I just don’t know if I should call the health inspector or what. What a shame!

I went through the drive thru and the employees were doing nothing and some were laying down as of they were at home. Man over the speaker told me that they were not taking orders at the moment. Horrible customer service and absolutely terrible restaurant.

This place is clean and the staff are nice, and I got greeted when I came in. The food was the right temperature and tasted great. The seats aren’t too and either, with a mixture of cushioned bench seats, high stools, and hard seated chairs.
