This people work at 2-4am morning are not good. They telling me I can’t walk in by drive thu even I have my truck with 40ft trailer and it won’t go thru it. So I come to window and thy said hold up then later that white guy said can’t accept order and have to order on the app and i told them i have cash that time! Then they said sorry can’t accept order then I was piss off and talk back to them even in parts of deaf and I can see by lips. I been go to Taco Bell everywhere and they let me walk in by drive thru, even they haven’t set a rule for that! So now I have to applying against them so good luck yall. It cuz they said don’t want to hit me and I’m not little boy for that. It very very few cars! And it not busy that time! And I will need to talk to manager as soon as possible if not then come to court. Also I have pictures but I won’t post it and will bring to my lawyer for against them. And will never come to this place again. I go to Fort Worth area.

The people here are nice enough, maybe feels a bit rushed. But 1star for having the worlds worst AI ordering system. I go to this location for convenience, and they have not gotten my order right hardly ever. I sit here today, I always order beef because I don’t like their chicken, always get chicken. Last time yall. Decided I had to post and not coming back. Too automated to get shit wrong all the time. Barely any meat anyways so get it right.

I have never bean moved to drop a review for a Taco Bell establishment, despite being a Taco Bell connoisseur. TB is one of the few national fast food brands to invest in a menu and ordering system to make it easy for vegans and vegetarians. So had my business there. However, my daughter and I have been coming to this Taco Bell for a while. The wonderful women on the Sunday morning team in particular have always been exceptionally nice and have paid careful attention to getting our mobile app order accurate, with me being vegan. Additionally, with their remodel to the Live Mas Cafe format, they have really owned it and seem very proud of their refreshed store. My commendations to this Watauga store. Thank you for your pride and hard work, even when it often goes unnoticed in the fastfood industry.

Ive been coming to this location for years. Never had issues until last night. We put in a late night online order for my daughter and her friends. We were headed to the drive through and a man outside with a headset on said “were closed!” Mind you, we just made an online order for almost 50 dollars and it was only 1:45am. They close at 4am according to the website. He said rudely, “were closed for renovation” but they were not, i had went the night before and they were open and fully operational. He was lying for some reason, maybe he was too lazy to make our food. He also turned away two others that came after us. Really bad experience

Not one to leave negative reviews so you kniw it was that bad…
No one @Live Mas counter to make our drinks. On food side, they were out of the first two menu items I tried to order. When I recieved food I did order it was drenched in sauce. The employees were eating in the back w/gloves on so I’m guessing there wasn’t proper hand washing going on. Disappointed.

They used to be good. Now, they mess up our order every time we go. Things you ask to be removed are not, sauce packets that are supposed to be included are not. Sodas with “no ice” are more ice than soda, (and are more water than syrup).

I went there today, Sunday Feb 8, 2026. I ordered two tacos and a Mexican pizza. The woman at the drive through was extra extra nice, suspiciously so. Thirty minutes after I ate my food, I had extreme stomach cramps, and threw up off and on for three hours. It’s 7 hours later now and I still can’t keep anything down.

Ordered 30 bucks worth of food. Got home and there was zero meat on my crunchwrap, the sprite was carbonated water, the fries were cold, and the chili cheese burritos were literally cheese. Called to see if we could get a credit cause I’m not going back at 1230am and it seems they just keep the phone off the hook cause I’ve had a busy signal for the last 45 minutes. Do better!

This used to be an ok location compared to others. Maybe it’s because it’s 1:50 am (9/27/2022) & the employees are tired or just simply don’t care. But the service here has gone way down. Unfortunately, it is one of two places open by my house this time of night. I ordered a steak quesadilla & added potatoes. The female employee who took my order misunderstood me and added tomatoes instead per my receipt. I’ll take 50% of that responsibility because I failed to confirm the order on the screen. What I have a problem with is, it appears the quesadilla was steamed to the point it was sticking to the wrapper. I literally had to peel the tortilla off of the wrapper. The entire quesadilla just fell apart because of how it was over steamed or I guess they would call it cooked maybe. I’m used to the quesadilla being more toasty or grilled in order to hold together all of the ingredients. What made it worse was, I chose to eat in my car, in the Albertsons parking lot, and the male employee who took my payment and handed me my food, did not provide napkins. Luckily I keep some in my car! But I’ve attached a picture of what it looked liked after I ate about 50% of it. Now on the flip side, I also ordered a chicken chipotle melt. It was barely cooked or grilled. The tortilla was cold and the cheese barely melted. I’m shocked the chicken was even cooked. I’ve also attached a picture to confirm what I’m typing. Literally night and day between the two menu options in the way it was cooked. Definitely rushed. I recommend ordering your food via the app and then pray your food is cooked correctly and hot. I say this as a last resort option only. Seek other places first.
