We were hoping this new location would be our new go to for burgers. Unfortunately the cheese burgers tasted like lighter fluid that you put on charcoal. The whopper probably would have tasted better if it was warm but didn’t taste like charcoal fluid. Fries were old and cold. Service was slow for not having customers. However we did get to watch the show while waiting for our food. Female managers behind the counter yelling at a female employee on how to mop the main lobby floor and where to place the safety cones. Instead of yelling maybe managers should have lead by example. Hey but at least the soda was on point. This was a one and done.

We decided to try out the SpongeBob Meal just to say we did…& because I teach middle school with a SpongeBob themed room !?
Of course, it’s a fast food place…so, it is what it is !?!
Paying $15 for a themed SB kid’s meal is something I’ll only do once !
Kali was very friendly, helpful & hospitable.
I’m not a fan of having to ask for every condiment I need, but if you’re used to it, then I guess it cuts down on waste !?

The first month opened I was very satisfied with the service and food preparation & presentation.
Today I order the two whopper meals combo for $16.99 with an order of cheddar cheese poppers.
On the sandwich pictured above I requested heavy vegetables with extra onions and no pickles. Instead this sandwich is loaded with mayonnaise and slapped together with one string of onion. The meat is cold as well. Unfortunately I am calling to speak with the manager and the phone is ringing until it stops ringing. This is the second burger I have received like this unfortunately. If the cook doesn’t have a heart or attitude to prepare and serve with a happy heart please find another job.

We stopped at this restaurant Friday morning to get breakfast. I was applaud at how well the customer service was. Nice friendly environment. I didn’t have to wait long for my food. I appreciate the fact that even while it was a busy morning the staff carried themself in a professional manner. Our food was fresh and hot. I’ll definitely come back again.

The slowest Burger King ever. Every time i come we wait 20/30 mins and always have to pull up! They have a trail of cars and you can’t leave because you’re trapped in the line and this is an every visit thing. I only come because my kid likes it!

I placed a mobile order at 8:09am. Pick up time set for 8:13am. I arrived at 8:12. They asked my name at the speaker for my mobile order, I told them, and they asked me to move to the second window. When I get there the girl on window was very rude, she made me sit there for a few minutes before addressing me. Then when she did, she clarified my order incorrectly, so I said no I have mobile order for Nikki. She said I don’t have that and closed the window. I pulled my app out, confirmed the address was right, confirmed the time was right, and confirmed that the money was taken out of my account. The general manager came over and told me they didn’t have the order and I told her those same things and she said “well we don’t have it.” I asked for a refund and she said “we don’t do those, go on the app, they will do it.” I told her I would come inside so I didn’t hold up the line. I go inside and wait 15 minutes before I’m addressed. She then comes to the counter and said they are unable to do anything. I said that it was an issue on their end. I did everything correctly. Correct location. Correct time. And the money was taken from my account, so can I just get my food. She said “do you not understand what I’m saying? We don’t have the order, I’m not making it.”
I think this is absolutely ridiculous. I paid for the food and you are refusing to give me what I paid for due to an error on YOUR END. I showed my screen and my bank account and she could not have cared less. I requested a refund on the app and they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. This all could have been handled better, but due to the lack of care and ability to deescalate a situation and make it right. You will never receive another dollar from me. She needs to be trained on how to speak to people.

I don’t have their breakfast but I love their lunch and dinner and their burgers are perfect I love the bacon King which is my favorite one and I love the Whopper both of those are a fantastic and the way that you grill the burgers to perfection is a smart very smart idea and whoever came over this I would maybe one day like to meet that person and shake their hand for doing a very very great job, you guys are the only fast food restaurant that does fast food the right way keep up the good work. ♥️

I really enjoy how the cashier in the Front name Lacetra greeted me with a warm welcome and smile. I love how she made sure my food was hot and fresh. I will most definitely be back to this clean friendly atmosphere.

My experience at the store was very warm and welcome. Our food was hot and fresh.The employees were very nice and very helpful I recommend whenever you are in McDonough, Georgia stop at the new Burger King. It was nice and clean.When I do travel back to Georgia I love going to places that are very nice and friendly.
