Seating arrangement is awful. Tables and seats that are permanent are so close together than an avg body can’t walk between without hitting someone.
There wasn’t a single napkin available, not even in my bag that was given for an order to eat inside.
Also, no sauces asked for or available to get on my own or any utensils. Ordered mexican pizza and soft taco.

Three dried up little pieces of chicken strips. The kids meal looked like the nuggets had been sitting. Avoid KFC, they have really gone downhill. Can some bring a Popeyes to town. Please?

Just went to the drive thru and ordered two of there crispy chipotle chicken tacos and I went to bite into one and it was two wings bone in and the meat was completely raw. See pictures.

Horrible customer service. Horrible food. I ordered hard shell tacos and I get home 2min away and my hard shell tacos were soggy
My fries were cold and my chicken sandwich was such a mess with the sauce covering most of the bun inside and outside. This is the afternoon crew 8pm. It makes me so upset wasting money and having to throw away my food. Or give it to the dogs. Corporate needs to check on their stores more often…

This place charges more for the value menu than what is listed online. The spicy potato taco was at least 2 dollars more per taco. Never going back.

If you’re allergic to anything or have dietary restrictions towards certain ingredients check all of your food before you leave. I wish I could rate 0 stars after what we just went through with this location.
My boyfriend had gotten us dinner from the Taco Bell so when I arrived home I could just eat with him. I can’t eat cheese or any dairy products & the order clearly said on the receipt to have none of those products in items he ordered for me. Every item had cheese, sour cream or a creamy nacho sauce. We drove all the way back to get the order fixed & they gladly fixed it after I explained that I’m allergic and cannot eat the items.
We drove all the way back home in a neighboring city and opened my food to having cheese, and creamy nacho sauce in every item. We went back AGAIN, because we ordered a few items & weren’t going to waste our money. They then had the manager or shift lead come out to help me & I explained the same thing to him (that I’m allergic to cheese and dairy products AND that this was now the third time I’ve had to come to Taco Bell).
They gave me new food and out of 3 items only one was made correctly. I didn’t check because they told me they made it without ANY cheese products. When I got home for the third time I took a bite out of my burrito and there was cheese, creamy jalapeño sauce AND nacho cheese.
Now I’m absolutely not going back a fourth time. I’ve almost spent more money in gas than our meals were worth. The employees, including management really need to be aware of what customers are telling them to remove from their meals. Especially when it’s an allergy. Not only is it bad service but it could potentially be extremely dangerous to the consumer.
To anyone with dietary restrictions, allergies, etc please be careful & check your food before leaving this establishment.

Was wondering why it wasn’t an included location for online app orders. Well when I went through to place an order it was obvious…this locations boxes and menu items are more expensive than the rest of the taco bell locations… the luxe boxes are $2 more. Shady business practices when they take advantage of this hard working community! They know that the next closest taco bell is a half hour away! Shame on you!

I love Taco Bell, but don’t go to the one in Phelan, CA. SLOOOOOOW service. The told us iced tea is discontinued, but all other locations have it. They offer Nashville hot sauce, but when requested said they were out. It would have been easier just to ask what they do have and picking from that limited list.

So, my friend move to Phelan and past me this info (c pic of receipts) most of the food is a 1 DOLLAR more expensive than other areas in the HD

Ordered kids meal, 2 piece with coleslaw and an extra side of large coleslaw. Sprite was flat. Chicken was over cooked. And they gave me mashed potatoes and a small coleslaw. I guess my bad because I didnt check my bag when I left. But when she repeated my order and then I double asked about coleslaw and the extra coleslaw she seemed annoyed and said yes it was right, but I figured okay cool its gonna be right. Also in the past tried to get a bean rice and cheese burrito but they are more expensive than any other taco bell. I guess I’ve learned my lesson to not go here.
