Pay attention to your receipt! Beware they charge extra stuff if your not paying attention simple 1$ and change charges. It’s happened three times now so I know it’s not a coincidence. It’s a tip scam! I don’t mind tipping when it’s warranted but charging small unawareness is not right! Think about if you charge every car a dollar+ your entire shift. It’s happening all over these fast food chains. Seems to be a new thing just saying you’ll see for your self. There banking your to busy to go back or care.

A very busy Taco Bell that seems to have almost nothing ready to serve the customers.
The customer in front of me was complaining about not getting their order right and I only realized how bad this place is with our order.
Asked for tacos with fresca style and they seriously put cheese in it.
They are out of beans, sour cream and god know what else. One can’t even order anytime with only the ingredients they have but adding anything else incurs additional cost. Weird indeed.
People are courteous but that doesn’t help much when you can’t order what you need and you don’t get what you ordered.

Lobby was in ok shape, several dirty tables with no customers inside at the time. Service was fair, several young women standing around speaking Spanish without knowledge to me stading at the counter. As I was waiting on my food I was able to hear two employees in the lobby area holding a conversation exchanging profanity. Quality of food was average for taco bell. The drink machine was out of a total of five different drinks. I would suggest vising the taco bell location on 42nd other then this location

I have lived in Odessa for almost a year and a half and my coworker and I come on Fridays after work. Every single time I’ve been in there it has always been on point. Particularly the older white lady manager and the big white guy with the face tattoo. Both of those managers run a really really good ship. I accidentally asked a really petty question about some nachos and he came around the corner to the POS and helped me. Both of those managers have a really good attitude and they do their job. I love coming here just for that. They even handled “Karen’s” very very well and that’s not always easy”. They really are last of a dying breed.

PLEASE allow me to be your local guide and avoid this place at all costs.
I’m currently puking my guts out after visiting only a couple hours ago.
Not only was the customer service extremely rude but what we ordered we only got half our items and then got accused of lying??? They were arguing back and fourth saying they had put the items in the bag when they hadn’t.
They were out of nearly everything. When we ordered our lux boxes they didn’t tell us it would be containing only half our order because the rest they “didn’t have” we weren’t offered a refund or replacement.
Manager was coughing everywhere.
The meat smelled and tasted odd? I really should’ve just gone somewhere else. Will be calling in the morning to see if they make it right or not and update.
