I usually don’t go to this location because they’ve messed up my order at least 2 times before, but gave it another shot tonight and you guessed it, they did it again lol. Asked for extra tomatoes on my Crunchwrap and got zero tomatoes but was definitely charged for extra tomatoes though, barely any beef in the Crunchwrap as well. Who wants to pay $12 for a tortilla wrap with mostly lettuce inside and regular taco + drink? Wild. Good Location is the only thing keeping this store alive. I recommend everyone if you want Taco Bell go to the one on Southwest freeway by Rudy’s they usually are way better.

Went to pick up my daughter’s food and it was not there, so I’m thinking is not ready. The cashier tells me it was made and already picked up. Get the same response from someone else. Finally this young man working the drive thru approaches me and assists me. He goes and speaks with the other young man working the drive thru and I believe management. He told me they will redo order and gave me two taco vouchers. Thank you to them for great customer service and assisting with this situation, even working the drive thru, since the front couldn’t do it.
Next time, we will do drive thru pick up. Instead of take out since anyone can just take your order.

I just went through the drive-thru, and my cashier was Emily C. She was pleasant, friendly and came across as genuine, and that makes a difference. It doesn’t cost anything to at least project positivity. She nailed it. It’s refreshing, since it has been a mixed bag with the general atmosphere in previous visits. My order was correct, served promptly, and with a pleasant attitude. I’d like to see more of that, please.

I was hungry and didn’t really want taco bell from the last experience I had which was old rice in the Catina bowl. So I went because my son wanted soft tacos, and I got the catina bowl again. When I got home I sat down and took a bit of the chicken and its was real chewy like a beef jerky and very salty and real dark like its been on a warmer for hours. I tried the rice and once again old and crunchy. This place is a damn mess from the manager which was a heavy guy short hair Hispanic guy that was not managing or checking on the food nor staff. He is definitely there friends instead of there manager, so of course there not going to take him serious. Two black guys im assuming are the cooks floaters whatever were not groomed at all heavy facial hair playing around with manager, just a hot mess, place was dirty no condiments filled. This location will never get a dime of money nor referral to come this place. Bad food bad service and bad management it was like a damn zoo.

The taco bell part of my order was fine but i got a kfc chicken sandwhich combo and they gave me hard/rubbery fries that tasted like its been out all day under a heat lamp. And the chicken was dry too prob wont get kfc from here again tbh.

Today me and my girlfriend came through the drive through around 6:45, I order the new nuggets because last few times they have been great other than this time and it seems the food here becomes poorly handled after 5 pm and I can clearly tell it’s different and now new workers working that seem to be teens. A worker stated they only had 5 nuggets I said okay and recieved some redone looking nuggets and cold nacho fries, overall this location is getting worse and worse highly don’t recommend coming and wasting money and don’t try to call either the phones always seem to be busy past 5 pm as well. This is unacceptable and poorly managed i asked for a ranch that comes with my order didn’t get it after apparently many things are out of stock so both management team and kitchen team need to be retrained to handle food and deal with customers. The building has smelt like weed a few times coming from the drive thru window and employees talk extremely loud to the point I can hear them over my radio inside my truck. Again unacceptable

I go to this KFC/Taco bell when im in a hurry… Usually ok and sometimes they leave food out when going through drive through… BUT today it grossed me out… Super long hair on my Menu Steak Bowl. It was in the bottom and when I started mixing it, my fork got tangled on the food and as you can see in the photos… Long black hair all over the food.

Had to repeat my order multiple times because the guy on the intercom was. Not paying attention and was distracted with making jokes and laughing with Coworkers.
Food was recooked stale food that was charred. I was sick to my stomach by midnight and I only ate part of my potato and not much of my burrito even though I was hungry. This was ordered around 10pm. Horrible food. Horrible service.

I came to pick up an order and they were blasting inappropriate music. They took 30 minutes to give me my DoorDash. There were over 10 people working and most of them were just standing around. Horrible service.
