I’m impressed! This restaurant tastes very fresh compared to the other ones in Carroll. 10/10 on clean atmosphere. I got the carne asada burrito – it was presented perfectly. No mess, no oil, as you can see I got a clean cut. I also loved the serve-yourself chips and dip (complimentary) because I could choose and mix exactly what I want right away. Food came fast and fresh. The chicken and steak was cooked to perfection. I will definitely be coming back. I’ve been looking for healthier options in Carroll, and I think this is the place. Other restaurants here are always loading grease and cheese onto everything. But at this restaurant, everything feels clean, fresh, and delicious.

Wow. Food was absolutely amazing. I travel and eat all over and this place was great. The chips were very fresh and tasted so good. The salsa bar included a roasted salsa that was incredible. Good prices for what you get. These guys are doing it right.

Came to abelardos for breakfast with my boyfriend. I had the left side of a sausage breakfast burrito and he had the right. Good quality and great prices. The portion of the one burrito is huge! Best in town! Thank you Abelardos for making our breakfast experience awesome.

Absolutely disgusting, nothing like the branches in Omaha, you don’t need to add salt to everything, invest in some other seasonings, food was ice cold, fries were hard as a rock, and beef was rubbery like it was old meat. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless you lack taste buds. Never going here again. You’ve lost us entirely. I would like a refund honestly. Worst Mexican in Carroll.
