If I could give it a zero star, I would.
We changed it up a bit and went inside to order. Our order was very minimal and still took them almost 20 mins to get it out to us. We were the only order inside.
They got at least 4 drive thru orders out and multiple online order done in that 20 mins but couldn’t get a few tacos done.
Regardless of how long it took our food was trash. Our dorito tacos that wrere suppose to be supreme were basically empty. Our normal soft tacos that were suppose to be supreme were not. The customer service was awful and the overall experience was awful.
No wonder this place is always slow.

If this is the review you read out of the many terrible reviews, please do not come here. Every now and then I make the mistake of trying again because it’s so close to my house, but they come up super short every time. Bad customer service, gross food. If you want an excellent Taco Bell experience, go to the Shawnee location off of Shawnee Mission. It will bring your love of Taco Bell back!

This Taco Bell is ABSOLUTEY RANCID! It’s gross, it smells, the floor is sticky, and your food will be soggy and cold. My burrito was so hard I chipped my tooth.. 1000$ in dental bills, and my Baja blast had a 12 inch long thick black dreadlock…. disgusting. Never bring anyone here… don’t walk RUN from this taco ball.

Just got 2 chalupas… the shells were so hard it was like eating plywood. Not that taco bell is ever good but this was a different level of terrible. I haven’t eaten taco bell in about 5 years and this experience solidified my decision. FYI I have been drinking and still cant eat it, yeas it was that bad

Overcharged for 3 small drinks, $8.60ish should’ve been the price. Charged us a $10 donation instead. Apple bite things were terrible, dry and almost no apple filling. Ckn quesadilla was fine. Didn’t have time to go in and complain over a $1.40ish. But the principle of it, I was pissed.

My son is allergic to cheese so I have to get him ground beef only hardshell tacos. Here is an example of what that might look like for you. Very sad quality one of his ground beef tacos hardly had any meat inside of it.

I was brought dinner from Taco Bell. I had 3 doritos locos tacos, bean burrito add beef. I bit into one of the tacos the shell was stale, when I got my burrito out the bag I opened the burrito I had a line of onions on the outside of the burrito that was my breaking point. I took the burrito & tacos back to Taco Bell water was all on the floor when I entered Taco Bell. I asked for the Manager he came to the counter I showed him the burrito he looked at me like what was wrong with burrito. I showed him the burrito & he said that is what was requested at that point I just asked him to refund the money which
he did. I would not recommend this Taco Bell unless you want to get sick. I don’t see how this establishment is still operating Bonner Springs Health Department need to do an inspection on this restaurant.
