The other day I went in to try to Detroit Slices and Stix… I got charged like 12 bucks when you guys advertised it for 6 bucks.. I was like wth?.. then I got it and got something else and I told the kid he charged me extra and It wasnt even what I wanted.. he told me he could give me a refund but I told him not to worry about it and just walked out.. Ya’ll could’ve done a better job taking orders and communicated with me properly not being all rushed… or at least had a note saying that you guys weren’t gonna make Detroit slices and stix…

Absolutely filthy waiting room/lobby/ordering area. You can tell nothing has been cleaned in a very long time. Front glass doors, floors, counters haven’t been wiped down ever it seems, and it must not bother the store Manager or any of the employees.

Could only order classics or hot n ready. So we got hot n readys n they were so over cooked. Crust is terrible and pizza is dry. Pepperonis were dried up too.

Absolutely horrible location. Please dont get your little Caesars here! Not only did we receive a raw uncooked pizza but a frozen crazy sauce as well. The workers look no older than 16 and were literally just sitting in the back chillen when we arrived. I would give this location a negative zero if I could.

Cons; worst pizza i have ever not eaten. Pair crust, absolute minimum sauce. Looked and tasted like this pizza had been microwave cooked and flash frozen then reheated with microwave/heat light.
I have purchased pizzas at different locations. Though the pizzas are not gourmet, they are quick/easy and worth the low price.
I literally ate one bite of the pizza from this location.

I went on 10/18/21 around 8 pm. I haven’t seen more unprofessional people in my life. Not only did they take over 30 minutes to make our food, they were chasing each other around the store like children. I didn’t know they got paid to just blast music and play tag. The blue haired guy even chased the girl outside the store, both cackling.
Its okay to joke around with coworkers, but this was just too far.

The staff used to be so disrespectful. But that has changed and it’s nice to be able to get a pizza at their prices. Staff is now helpful.

It’s damn near impossible to get this store to answer the phone to place an order ahead of time. For that reason my testing went from a 4 to a 2. Step it up please.

It’s really convenient to be able to stop by and quickly pick up a pizza for lunch or dinner. But sometimes they don’t have the lunch specials prepared even though they are advertised to be ready only a few hours of the day. So if we stop by for our lunch to pick up the $5 deep dish pizza box and it isn’t ready… some of us only have a 30 minute lunch It would be nice if there was maybe a few prepared for such occasions.
