It’s 5:03pm on Tuesday march 2nd me and my family wanted to go to kfc and get a 20 dollar fill up box well we rolled up and they was like oh we are out of chicken if you want chicken it will be a 20min wait and I’m like okay I’ll wait I’m not to mad about that but the service and atmosphere from I think her name was Terasa but I ordered 20 dollar box still and she started to get a snippy Attitude and this is not the first time I’ve encountered her with an attitude. She took the 20 dollar box order and as soon as I told her my last side I didn’t even get another word out before she’s like okay that’s 21 something at the second window? Like I wanted a drink with it to but not no more this is like the 3 time I’ve encountered her and I hope she sees this ♀️ cus maybe if u don’t like your job quit or have a better attitude but I do not think me and my family will be doin anymore Business with Richmond Taco Bell tell she fixes her attitude or quits ♀️and on top of that they got are order wrong

Slowest taco bell on planet earth . Check out the food temperatures, you all are gonna kill someone. Disgusting. Thank goodness DD, refunded me. Bogus store ! I should file a lawsuit. Has to be one of the worst experiences
. Had me pull out front said food would be right out. After waiting 20 mins the food never came I went in and they hadn’t even started the order and the restaurant was filthy. Employees taking food to other cars bad not changing gloves after and going back to preparing food. Guy inside running his hands in the upper exhaust or fryers and touching food with same gloves.. can’t honestly believe it! Would never go back. I mean should have knows if the windows are that dirty that inside had to be bad to.. flat out nasty and u people are going to make someone sick!!!!

The health department need to pay them a visit. There is something wrong with their grease. I ordered a Mexican pizza and it had a weird chemical taste and smelled like really old grease. They need to be shut down.

They can never get anything right. I’ve gone there more times than I can count and I have never gotten the right order. And everytime I try and go up there to get my actual stuff there’s attitude and disrespect. They have a too long of a wait time to be screwing up their orders.
