They didn’t do their signature crust.
Basically the pizza was made like their campaign before they changed where the ads dissed how bad the old style was.
Kind of feel robbed.
It was 16 years ago that they changed the crust after researching and no, this pizza was made as if it was over 16 years ago still.

It’s easy to leave a bad review when angry but rarely are people praised for their hard work. While my wait was a little extra because they were slammed I was extremely impressed at how well all the employees worked together! The manager was in multiple positions where needed and the employees were extremely composed for how much pressure they were under. They all had a smile on even though they had 20+ orders in their faces. Very impressive team. The team on staff 1/30/26 at 7:40pm.

Walked in and listened to employees chit chat about everything but pizza for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Ordered 2x chicken, 2x Philly steak and some ham. Should’ve known to look in the box before leaving. Stingy on the toppings like it was coming out of their pocket. Pizza was barely even cut. I should’ve known better than to order food (even a simple pizza) from a Zephyrhills location.

Ordered a delivery even though I’m very close. Used doordash because of the promo availability. What I received was less than the already low bar expected. My pizza was supposed to be NY crust but obviously that was ignored and I got hand tossed. I used to deliver pizza once upon a time, and the condition this showed up in was absolutely horrible. Almost undeniable sabotage. Folded in half and shook around by an employee having a bad day in my honest opinion. Look, I get it, if you’re upset I got 40% off via doordash, then hate the game not the player. Regardless, do not use doordash to order from this store. I loged my complaint with them and they did nothing. Safe to say, don’t use 40% off coupons either. Not pleased with this experience and will not order from them again. Party fault not an outlier in the decision. Both involved handled this very poorly. I also doordash as a side gig. (Context). Unacceptable by both parties.

If they’re were 3 pieces of pineapple on the whole pizza I could have eaten them with the 3 pieces of ham!! I ordered extra cheese, didn’t seem like there was any cheese. I ordered feta cheese, again 3 or 4 lumps of it. I have always loved Domino’s, but I will never go to this one in Zephyrhills again!

I was not impressed tonight. We ordered a pizza special Domino’s is running, $9.99 for any pizza with any toppings. Sounds like a goof deal, right? And it was a pretty simple order: large hand tossed pie; garlic Parm crust; double Italian sausage; double mushroom; fresh garlic; add extra cheese.
The pizza was ready when I arrived.
I checked the order before I left. There was hardly and toppings on it much less EXTRA sausage; EXTRA mushroom. EXTRA cheese. Where is the garlic? Garlic darkens and browns. Can you see it in the attached pictures because I can not? Am I wrong? Additionally, it was cut unevenly and not even close to being cut through.
I showed it to the counter attendant and asked “this is extra sausage and mushrooms?”. His replay was “we weigh everything, that’s extra”
Well it’s a good thing I got extra then because some of these slices barely have 2 pieces of sausage or mushroom on them. Those must be some seriously heavy mushrooms. And if that is extra cheese, which I paid for, then it’s not worth the cost.
As you can see while it’s not exactly burnt, it IS over cooked. Impressive because that takes some actual effort with a chain oven to push the pizza back in.
Had I not gotten this for a promotional price this ONE pizza would have cost $27.49, as in almost $30 for 3 toppings with a sprinkle of “extra” for 2 of the toppings because there is no way that is DOUBLE toppings yet it counts double when ordering “extra”. Frankly I don’t think this was even worth the $9.99 + whatever “extra” cheese costs much less nearly $30.
Very disappointed as the last few times we had Dominoes it was excellent.
On the flip side the Parm Bites were very good
With out the promotional prices this would have been almost $40 with tax for 2 items which is what I’m marking below as the actual cost of the meal.

If I could give a half of star I would, We ordered pizza tonight. I took 45 minutes. The driver pulled up to the wrong house called me. I told him where to go and in l the process, He left my food on the hood of his car dropped it going down the road told me he had to go back and remake. Then brought me back the food that was dropped 30 minutes later. It was cold , all fipped up side down, my tater tots was all in one corner, the boxes was all smashed. and everything. I would not waste your money at the store. I contacted Manger he defended the driver , lied to me said the driver name was Harvey but the text that said Micheal was on the way,, So don’t waste your money I’m currently contacting Corporate due to this,
