I’ve tried a lot with this place. The food is fine when I get it. But between the lack of product, problems with the store, and the employees not completely conforming the orders. Save your money, or take a gamble. But I’d go somewhere else.

I’d seen others comment that staffing was an issue at this location but thought it was a one day occurrence. We stopped at lunchtime and the drive through line was around the building. We went inside to find a couple workers and 1 lady trying to run the show. She was polite with customers and apologized profusely for delays. The rest of the staff didn’t seem to care either way. It took a good 20 minutes for 2 kids meals and a sandwich meal. Food was what we expected but we will probably avoid this location in the future unless there is no one else there. I hope they hire help because the lady was a Rockstar but needed better staff.

I ordered a multitude of items from both KFC and Taco Bell from this location. With some removals of certain ingredients that I don’t care for. Not only did the staff get my entire order correct, they did so quick and efficiently, Steven who took my order was nice and the lady who I spoke to was very kind at the window and even gave me extra butter for my famous bowl. The food was delicous and looked great. Thankyou to the staff on 5/18/24 around 6:45pm. You did good!

I went a couple months ago and ordered Taco Bell and kfc. My boyfriend got a three piece tender meal and they gave us two tiny pieces of bone in meat. They also forgot the sour cream, and queso I paid for. Then I went yesterday for Taco Bell, because the kfc side was closed I guess. I had a group with me so I went to the lobby and the door was open, and they looked at me weird and said “the lobby’s closed” there was no sign, so i don’t know how I was supposed to know that. Then we went to the drive thru to order and in the middle of my order the lady answers the phone and doesn’t respond for five minutes. She then comes on again and makes me repeat my whole order. (I don’t know why she was answering the phone considering I saw several people in there when I walked in) I tried to order a fruit punch freeze because it was on the sign and she gives me attitude and tells me “we don’t have that” I told her it was on the sign but okay. Then I told her I have another order, (there was four of us in the car, and the whole reason we wanted to go inside was because we had separate orders) she then says “we’re really busy and we don’t usually allow more than one order” there were two cars in-front of me there was no way you were that busy and if your lobby is going to be closed you should absolutely allow more than one order. So I told her to just cancel the order and I left. No one should be spoken to the way I was spoken to.

Ordered from there and got the 7$ lux box and 2 crunch wraps. Food was fine. Hard shell tacos were very stale.! Not sure if the workers didn’t know or just didn’t check. But just letting others know there hard shells are stale.

If I could give this place a Zero I would. This is the filthiest place. They have the WORST customer service!!! All around Terrible!!! Do NOT recommend eating here let alone going in but good luck getting service in the drive-thru!

When I walked into the restaurant I heard blasting music that was deafening. The front counter clerk could not hear me when I placed my order. The food was bland . I could not get the taco sauce that I wanted as they were behind the counter! I will not be going back until there’s a manager change. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!

Slow dirty and the orders are often wrong. The employees are rude I am still waiting on my food right now as I type this i ordered at 10:58 was only two of us in line at the time and I’m still waiting at 11:30. They took my money so now I can’t leave. No apologies I think there is only 2-3 workers. There is a line behind me now.

Put up some fly strips. The dining area was full of flies. The cashier was less than enthusiastic. Food took awhile to be made and it wasn’t busy. Food was delivered hot and tasted good. Good amount of seating and parking. Convenient location.

This is hands down the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to some really bad ones in my time. 9/10 times I’ve recently been there, they are either KFC only, they are out of half of their items, or they give you the wrong food. The wait time is atrocious, the management is clearly not good, and the quality of the food is horrible. There’s one really cool guy with glasses who works the drive thru window and that’s the only positive they have going for them. I went and ordered the new exclusive lux box that promotes the cool ranch Doritos locos tacos and they gave me a nacho taco. How can you literally not even correctly read the menu of the store you are serving food from. Save ur money. Everytime I’ve regretted going there.
