The food was good, service was awesome by Melody B., but the women’s restroom was filthy! I couldn’t even use it because it was nasty! Also a huge garbage bag of breads breadsticks were strewn over the driveway not close to the dumpster! I mentioned these concerns with the MOD, who assured me that it’ll be taken care of.
Before I left the restaurant, still needing to use the restroom, I went back inside and decided that I’d wait until I get home. A few pieces of paper had been picked up, but that’s it! The stench was still present. Between the two restrooms, there was a urine spell.
I noticed that the score was 96A, which obviously was the food and kitchen ratings.
I was disappointed in the manager, who showed us to our table without addressing up or cordially inviting us to enjoy our meal. Attached are the pictures I took of our leftovers and the perimeter of the restaurant.

I recently visited Olive Garden and had a great experience. The warm, welcoming atmosphere made it feel comfortable and inviting, and the staff was attentive and friendly throughout the meal. Of course, the endless breadsticks and salad was just as good as always–fresh, flavorful, and a perfect start. The entrees were cooked well, full of flavor and served hot. Portions were generous, making it easy to take some home. My only complaint is that the toasted ravioli was fried too dark and crisp, nearly drying it out. Overall, Olive Garden delivered exactly what I expected: tasty food, good service and a relaxed dining experience.

For first, the person who seated us had a good attitude. The waiter was mid could be better but seemed like the waiter did not have the proper training. I got the salmon with mashed potato’s and lemon on the side, the portion of the salmon was small as a spoon. When I asked to speak with the manger (David) seemed intoxicated with alcohol. me and my family was going to leave this establishment because we waited over 45 minutes just for salmon just for it come out cold. My mother ordered chicken Alfredo and came out a hour later and was loop warm. And lastly I did not like that there was men waiters dress like women with long braids not to mention that they were not even tied, up worst experience so far.

Worst experience ever! Our entrees were dry! The salad was dry as well! It took 30 minutes to simply get our beverages. The waitress had to wait on our table and work the simultaneously. Olympia was our server and she really tried to get both jobs done.

I was treated to a birthday lunch from a sister in Christ and I had the create your own pasta: angel hair, traditional marinara with grilled chicken with a salad topped with balsamic vinegar and oil (special request due to dairy allergy). The pasta and salad were delicious. I’ve eaten at this location before but due to my allergies, it’s difficult at times to eat at certain restaurants. I do thank our server Ezzy for being so accommodating and professional. For dessert since I couldn’t eat the birthday dessert, she honored my request for grapes and strawberries. The time spent and conversations were the cherries on top. Thank you.

I just left this location and I had a wonderful experience. The host accommodated us immediately. Our server whos name was Olympia was amazing. She did everything in a timely manner. Checking on us while not being overbearing. She also had a welcoming and sweet vibe. I ordered a to go order. I got 4 kid meals. I picked my food up at 8:40. I got home at 9pm. All my food was very cold & we were supposed to get 6 breadsticks we got two. I called the manager and I spoke to manager Carlos. He said he would refund the breadsticks but not the cold food. He says I should have checked my food. But when I got there to get my food I was told “it’s still cooking” so that means my food would be fresh and hot. So I didn’t check to see if my food was hot because it was supposed to be still cooking when I got there. The manager was VERY RUDE. Kept asking when I got home and said you waited 15 minutes to call after you got home. But mind you I called at 9:03. I was on hold for 10 minutes. So I called as soon as I felt my food was cold. Plus my food was supposed to be ready at 8:10. My food wasn’t even ready until 8:40. Then after all that my food was still cold. I will never come back here. Yall shouldn’t either unless you love cold food then I recommend this place. Carlos needs to get an attitude amusement because managers shouldn’t act lik that. Very unprofessional

We visited this Olive Garden for our anniversary dinner and I am so glad we did. Our waiter was also the bartender. And his service was awesome. The food was better than I have had in other locations. I will definitely be returning to dine at this location again.

DELIVERY REVIEW 2/19/2025:
Last night I tried Olive Garden’s delivery and I was sooo impressed! Everything was perfectly packed; all of the instructions were followed; and, most importantly, I felt like the food I received was the same quality I’d get if I dined in. (We all know restaurants tend to send subpar food if you order delivery… not Olive Garden!)
The delivery fee was kind of expensive ($4.99) but it was 100% worth it based on receiving a perfect order! It also arrived quicker than expected! I live less than a mile away–yes, I know I could have picked it up lol but I was busy 🙂 –and the site said it’d take 40-50 mins. My food was at my door in less than 30 mins.
I’m not exaggerating when I say this is the best delivery I’ve had! Food was hot. Order was perfect. And everything was well packaged and organized!
I’ll definitely be using their delivery service again.

That being said, DO NOT select curbside pickup and expect them to bring you your order on time; you’ll probably be waiting 15-20 mins as they only have 1 to-go person who’s busy filling orders and answering the phone. Taking orders outside is last on their list. Also, the pickup link they text you doesn’t even work so I decided to go inside.
I got the stuffed chicken marsala and it was sooo good! They followed all of the special instructions and the food was packaged perfectly.
Once they figure out their curbside issues the to-go process would definitely be 5-stars.
