My usual complaint with this place is the drive-thru service and how long it takes. Tonight, I ordered ahead online and picked up inside. My chicken was awful, and had clearly been in the warmer for several hours. No meat, dry, not fresh at all. Sides were fine. Service was ok.

I walked in to order and was not even greeted. I then got in line and waited. The staff where trying to figure out who ordered what drinks. I waited for 5 minutes and no one even talked to me. I decided that if the food matched the service I didn’t want to eat there.

Your standard co-branded franchise. (KFC is the other side of the menu) The dining is well lit and fairly clean. The service is usually pretty good. If it takes longer to make your order, they will bring it to you. Self-service on the drinks and condiments. For healthier options, you can customize your order. The restrooms are adequately kept (at least the men’s room was).

Six years later, it’s not gotten better. The menu prices are so high you can make it at home just as good for half the price. They have a vegetarian symbol that helps navigate the menu easier. All of the menu is either higher priced for smaller quantities. Quality said bye-bye a long time ago. The service is minimal at best. And the atmosphere is as nice as a funeral home.
Their idea of nacho cheese and chips should be avoided. It’s a small sample cup of cheese and a small bag of half smashed tortilla chips. It will remind you of their slogan from the 90s, “Make a Run for the Border.” You’ll want to because it’s that bad.

My wife just waited almost ten minutes to order in the drive threw to get a canTina chicken bowl with three pieces of chicken on it? Small little cubes not big chunks at all and the rest of it was really skimpy eight dollars for something that was the size of a two dollar taco.

Having to ask for napkins, fork and sauces from employees who obviously don’t care about the customers. When they get the order wrong, they make it seem like the customer is wrong. The Tea is never working. Trying to get the sour cream i paid extra for the employee who is training for in trouble for helping after asking 3 employees to help me and we waited 7 minutes while they were messing around gossiping or talking to friends in the pick up window. This place is a sorry excuse for “fast food” nothing fast about it to start have to wait for for ever to get someone to wait on you at counter not busy at all. Food takes FOREVER once you do order. They don’t bother to put ice in dining room fountain machine. Oh then after get food it’s cold come the hell on… this place should shut down. Gave me the wrong meat on one item and didn’t give me a soft shell j was the only person in drive through. Everytime I go they have it messed up. I don’t understand how they make money. Hardshell I didn’t ask for was also heavily broken and leaking all over box.

Every time I go thru the drive thru my order is wrong. It always seems like I am interrupting the employees social hour and my order is not right. No accountability. We spent 15 minutes in drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of us. This place needs better management for sure!!!!!
