I placed a order late in the evening and pizza looked great, but when i got it home it was spicy extremely. So,i called nite management didnt get a reply. The next day i took the pizza back to the store an the daytime manager was awesome and very apologetic an explained to me what probably happened causing pizza to be so spicy. With a smile and excellent customer service she replaced my order and refunded me my money which was totally unexpected i was just looking for a new pizza. I was in-between stars 3 or 4 nite shift for sure a 3 minus the friendly cashiers who hands down would’ve received a 5…i love great customer service.

Similar to the other Lil Cesars locations scattered around the US. Typical mid-level service. Won’t accept large bills, but that is to be expected, I guess. The pizza was hit when I got other so that was a huge bonus.

Went in to pick up an online order . Then to the counter to purchase 1 drink and a cup of jalapenos( simple right ) they put in crazy bread and a sauce cup and jalapeno cheese sauce.I had my drink I showed her my drink she didn’t ring it up. So I had to purchase my drink and said jalapeno only rang up the drink ….I said since I paid for the crazy bread I’ll take it still waiting for my jalapeno she didn’t put it on the ticket with the drink transaction #2 .. I’ve worked at little Caesars 3 years I figured this is a simple request.. decided no I don’t want the jalapenos in just gonna go… Then manger said ” DiD YoU pAy FoR tHoSe WiNgS” ( online order) needless to say I was ready to get out of the store .. customer laughing at the situation because how was it that confusing to figure out .

I can’t wrap my mind around how Little Ceasers seems to find the lowest bottom of the barrel employees. They must pay horribly. Every few months the whole crew has changed over.
I tried the store in Rockmart and my food is more often messed up than correct. So I try the Cedartown one and they hand me burnt pepperoni bites! How do you mess this stuff up? Isn’t everything automated. I’d have to assume the job duties are broken down into the absolute most simplest form and these people still consistently mess it up. Whether it’s burnt or just half the size it should be you’ve got a 50% it won’t be correct.
And also the service sucks. If you hate your life that much you should prob just check out.

I ordered online through the app which I love. Very easy and streamline… definitely the way to do it… However, my pizza wasn’t cooked enough.. crust was mushy and too soft. I felt like it was undercooked..

I will never go here again. Last night I tried to order two extra most bestest and one build your own pizza. Everything was fine, my total was 32 and some change. I tried to pay with a hundred dollar bill, and the cashier was going through looked at it like she had never seen it before and said “Uh, we can’t take that”. She refused to look at me and looked over at who I can only assume was the “manager” and he rudely told me they can’t take hundred dollars bills on orders less than 60 dollars. Then he looked right past me and I was completely ignored. I would have been willing to go get change had I not been treated so rudely. I’ve never been penalized by a place for having too much money before. Oh well. Left and went to Pizza Hut and I’ll never go back.

The local little caesars is great. The staff, which is usually over worked and a lot of times the restaurant seems understaffed BUT they handle it with grace and professionalism every time. The store is packed almost every time I go but there is never much of a wait and the workers hustle to clear the rush…i try to always use the pizza portal. I have never gone to pick up a pizza portal and it not be ready before pr exactly at the estimated time. The pizzas are well made and fresh and you can’t beat the price!
