I was in the area for work and stopped in to get some KFC. Food was as good as any KFC but the environment was very clean and what really surprised me the most was that this, being a KFC / Taco Bell combo restaurant, hands down had the absolutely most organized sauce packs I have ever seen in a Taco Bell. LOL In my mind, this is somebody showing pride in their work. Anyone who takes the time to organize these packs like this has not only earned my repeat business but my respect as well. Well done!

This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had. I go here when I’m on the road and they’re always so friendly. The food is as fresh as a can be. I’m serious, it’s as if they made it to order. They even toast the tortillas on the soft tacos and I’ve never had a Taco Bell do this. I haven’t had the kfc side yet however this is a go to restaurant I’ll be willing recommending to everyone I know that comes near here. The food is the freshest you’ll ever have. The orders are always correct never missing anything never an item wrong. COME TO THIS LOCATION. This location deserves more praise than it gets

They like to ask if you want sauce and then forget to put it in the bag lol also fill my Pico side that is 79 cents 1/3 full and sometimes grill my burritos when I ask! Otherwise A+++++++!

We stopped in on a cross country trip. It was fast, filling and tasty. It was also clean. We were in a hurry and it filled the need nicely.

Shift lead Kendall needs more training, but no amount of training could make her a respectful, sociable person.
I can’t believe how she speaks to customers who are POLITE on the phone. I was so polite, because I’ve worked customer facing positions for a long time and know that mistakes happen. She repaid me with attitude and by calling me a liar. Wow.

My chicken little had blue plastic in it and my cheez-it crunch wrap had no cheez it in it. Called for a refund for those 2 items. Shift lead Kendall let me listen as she called the GM for permission for refund. She said I “supposedly” found a bit of plastic and “supposedly” had an issue with my order. She then said I could bring the items back in order to receive the refund. I told her I heard the whole conversation where she said I “supposedly” had issues, and that NO I’m NOT driving 20 miles back. When called out, Kendall refused to give me information to contact her direct supervisor, and said they don’t have a corporate number that I can complain to. I asked for the name of the GM, and she said she isn’t allowed to give me a first name for her GM.
I told her in the future, don’t insinuate that the customer is a liar, and don’t put the burden on ME to drive back 20 miles to fix THEIR mistake.
I have never dealt with such a rude supervisor, and I’ve never seen someone so blatantly refuse to give information on how to report my issue to the next level.
Shane on Kendall for not trusting that the customer actually had an issue with their experience.
I don’t appreciate being called a liar.
I can’t believe a $6 refund is too much for KFC/Taco Bell to afford!
She thought not giving me contact info to report this issue would save her from being called out for her unacceptable behavior.
What a joke.

Staff is always friendly, orders are always on time unless they have to make a fresh batch of something. Good vibes.

It’s hard to describe why I’m leaving my first ever 1-star review. I typically only try to spread kindness when reviewing. I used to have this location rated as 5 stars. I haven’t been to this location in approximately 6 months due to only one employee. I actually feel awful for leaving this review, because all the other workers here are so wonderful, and the food was always great and correct.

There is one particular employee who makes it her mission to belittle and berate customers in the drive through. I thought it could’ve been just me taking her quips too seriously, so I always politely moved on from her rude antics and continued to order.

This happened for about two years straight going 1-3 times per month. Any time it wasn’t her speaking on communications system, everyone was so wonderful.

One of the things my son and I loved about this particular location was their $1 breakfast burritos. The last day I went, one of the sweet drive through workers was taking my order, even calling me “sweetie” and “darling” while ordering 6 of those small breakfast burritos. It was unbeknownst to me that more than one person could be on the drive through communications PA. The screen said “3 small breakfast burritos” as the nice worker asked me to pull forward to pay at the window. I replied with something to the effect of, “I’m sorry, but I asked for 6……” I wasn’t even able to fully apologize before being cut off by this rude woman who was not the original woman on the PA. She very rudely and emphatically stated “It says 6! We know you ordered 6! Pull forward!”

Mind you, I have never, until this point in my life, been aggressive or belittled anyone who works in the service industry in my life. I have worked it, and I know the public can be demanding and rude. I’ve tried to do my part to, perhaps, overcorrect and give too much kindness to sevice workers. The day this happened broke that streak. I yelled into the PA after years of dealing with this hate-filled voice, “IT SAYS THREE ON THE SCREEN! NEVERMIND CANCEL MY ORDER!”

I pull forward to the window, and I hear the kind worker yell “he’s at the window!” as I see her run away. I felt awful. The manager comes to the window, and I’m not entirely sure if it was her saying the unnecessary, mean things through the PA, but I won’t rule it out when it comes to the defense of those actions. I demanded the first name of the bully employee and she refused to give it to me “due to store policy.” All employees wear their first name on their uniforms and also have their first name on the receipts when handling an order, so I knew her retort was categorically false. I asked for the bad employee’s ID number, because I wanted to dilemma my first ever formal complaint on a restaurant to corporate. The manager refused that, as well.

I was not innocent in this scenario. I yelled many curse words after being disrespected by the one bad employee. When I logged in to the customer complaint page for Taco Bell, I was given the “404: Website Not Found” error. When I called the phone number, it wouldn’t connect.

If this terrible employee ever gets fired or quits, then I will gladly come back to the Taco Bell I had been coming to from the time I was a child until now. I’m guessing I had been going there on and off again for about 30 years.

I wish I could individually rate the Taco Bell employees on here and give all the others 5 stars, but then give this tyrannical, loathing employee negative 5 stars.

The food sucked. Didn’t have mac and cheese. Gave me some stale French fries instead. The workers clearly didn’t care
