Was such an odd experience. Learned that KFC and Taco Bell are owned by the same company. This location is 95% KFC, 5% Taco Bell. The only Bell to this KFC is the Taco Bell sign outside and the menu on the corner of the KFC menu. We went to get tacos but ended up getting chicken nuggets cause getting tacos from a KFC is oddly suspicious. I ordered the nuggets/wedges/biscuit/soda. The nuggets were barely warm, the wedges were paper thin, biscuit was good, soda was watered down a bit. The only plus of this restaurant combo is I was able to put diablo sauce on my nuggets cause they were out of Nashville Hot. Other than that we won’t be back, our @email is in the bio and would love to hear any comments good or bad. Dont recommend though, go to a nearby Taco Bell that isnt KFC’d out

After tonight, being this my first time having food from your store, I would love the manager or owner to contact me immediately.
Tonight’s food was God awful, I got home and opened everything and it was cold. Doesn’t help that they took they’re sweet time too so it took me almost 20 minutes from the speaker to the window. That is ridiculous!! Contact me or I’ll just take this to corporate. Won’t be coming here again.

Was in drive thru for 25 minutes before I even got to the window to pay and get my food. Another 10 minutes at the window to get food. Employees were too busy talking to each other to even take my payment or give me my drinks. Very under staffed. Not friendly! Won’t be recommending this place and definitely won’t be back!!!!

Ordered a meal with mi wife. Two others came in after we ordered. I waited 20 minutes before starting to complain. Still took 30 minutes for me and the gentleman behind me to get our food. Staff didnt ask the other couple what they was waiting for so the still did not receive when we left. I asked for a discount or something to compensate my time. Or to get a refund. Manager stated nothing he could do. Staff was rude. They know nothing of customer service.

Decent quality for what it is. Lines typically slower than normal and on 3 different occasions I’ve been missing a thing or 2 from my order. Definitely check your bag here before you pull off. Because once you leave they won’t do anything about it.

Ordered crispy bucket meal, was told 25 minute wait. Arrived to pick order up, was told they were short 1 piece of crispy we would have to take it or wIt 25 more minutes. We were hungry so we took it. Once we got home we saw it was all original chicken no crispy. We called back told manager what happened and what was said. He said he’d talk to employees about it. Then hung up. Didn’t offer to fix order or anything. I can assure you that’s the last $40 they ever see from me. So sad to be treated this way, we even called ahead so to not burden them . SMH

Ordered a chicken chalupa and nacho fries. Was handed this “taco” and nacho fries. They did give me a chalupa after I told them my order was wrong and said they would let me keep this so called taco lol Fries were so cold they may have been cooked yesterday and the chalupa was so messy sour cream was falling out of both ends. Would not recommend 0/10.
