We decided we wanted KFC/Taco Bell, so not being from this area, we are looking for the sign .It had already started getting dark. So we are looking for a Lit up sign which was not!! Spent 35.00 dollars on food. Got home 30 mins away, and they shorted me 2 DD Tacos. The burrito was not fit to eat!! The side portions of the chicken meals are way to small and to high priced!

The workers were all very nice!!! There was a long wait on every item all of us customers we wanting. We may have all been there at a bad time. Once I got my food, it was good! I will have to try it again to see if my timing was just off or if this is the case all the time!

The Taco Bell in Ardmore, AL is literal garbage. In the last three years, every single time we’ve gone there in the hopes that it’s “not too bad this time” it’s somehow worse. Fine, whatever. But how rude the employee was at the window from the second we pulled up to order coupled with the worst to-date food we’ve gotten from this location is what made me finally write a review. To add, the only thing we ordered special was fiesta potatoes with no sour cream, which the receipt shows. Wouldn’t you know, it has sour cream. Again, fine whatever. But when I say this dude was rude from the get go. As soon as we pulled up. “Let me know when you’re ready”, “we’re ready”, “……………………”. Finally we just started with our order after asking if he was ready for us a couple times with no reply. After every item we order it was followed with “what else” after .5 seconds. I haaaaate this Taco Bell and it fully sucks that it’s the closest one.

People are nice, food comes out quick but cold as hell. Not a big issue when I’m hungry, but when I watch some old dude raw dawg some other person’s chicken and biscuit… I get kind of concerned. I guess you get what you get with fast food, but cmon. That’s disgusting.

Everyone I go to this location they are always out of something… usually it’s beef or something along that lines. I was there couple night ago and got cheesy potatoes the potatoes were so tiny. There wasn’t enough in there to cover bottom of bowl. Chicken flatbread was more cheese and sauce than anything. They staff is not friendly AT ALL. We like Taco Bell but this location has not been good for a while

Was 1 of only 3 cars in the drive-thru on a Friday around 8pm. Ended up with only 1 correct of the items I ordered out of the 17 items I ordered. This place is a hot mess. They were out of everything which I understand with shortages going on, but I literally ordered tacos and Supreme tacos, and Supreme burritos and they couldn’t get that correct. Stay away unless you like giving away your money for nothing. Oh AND our food had hair in it!

Last three times we went through drive through, we got home different food than we ordered. They didn’t know difference between dark meat and white meat and difference between fries and baked potato and difference between 2 and 3 pieces etc.

I don’t know who can’t fold and cut a quesadilla? But you need to get in a different line of work this date at sun 09/08/24 I will find a way to make a complaint since I guess the phone doesn’t work or talk aren’t doing your job which is highly likely and will be a Karen and call corporate… I take this personal with my quesadilla… honestly my 4 year old can do better
