Regretfully I visited this place at 8pm and assumed since they were making fresh chicken that the place was equipped to do business… However the female never informed me that the toco bell side was reopening and that there was a 15 min wait on food with 9 orders ahead of me. Had I knew I would have just gotten the KFC side which was ready.
That being said once I received my food, an chicken quesadilla & Mexican pizza the food was hot, well made and satisfying.

First we walked in and straight to the counter with no one else in line. We weren’t greeted and it took about 3 minutes for someone to come from the back to take our order. Daughter ordered new dipping burritos. When she got them we asked for the sauce to dip them in and they were out without telling us before order. My $5.50 cantina chicken quesadilla was cold and not even melted. Had to ask for our drinks because their machine was down and they didn’t get them for us. Called a number that wasn’t even on our ticket and put our food in the DoorDash order bin. I waited for a bit to see if anyone else grabbed it before I checked the bag and it was our order….. all together. Very bad experience. The store is clean and freezing.

The workers are constantly standing around, on their phones, making jokes, rude, complaining, and cussing. They don’t care if there are customers in the lobby or in the window they still do their own thing. It smells terrible when you walk in. There are very few nice people that work up there but not many. Yes, the food is fresh (some times), but either something is missing, or the whole order is wrong. They don’t clean properly, and thats not an environment anyone would want to eat in. This place is terrible, and i will be calling corporate.

I recently went to this restaurant for a drink and there was no ice first of all, i proceeded to get my drinks not only were they flat but had ants. Drinks were hot and infested. I will never eat here again.

We’re done with this location. Orders are always made wrong, food is missing, and it’s usually cold. On top of that, the wait times are ridiculous. Paying for food and not getting what you ordered, or having to eat it cold after a long wait is beyond frustrating. This location seriously needs better management and staff training because it is a consistent disappointment.

Did you guys know what comes in the new cantina bowl from Taco Bell? Neither does this taco bell KFC. The app shows that it comes with chicken, rice, black beans, avocado ranch, sour cream, pico, guac, cheese, lettuce, and even some cabbage. Today I got a bowl with a literal tablespoon of chicken, no beans, no pico. My fiance went back in and these unsupervised children put refried beans in the bowl. He trusted them and didn’t check until he got home. What are we paying you for?

Visited drive thru on 11/17/2023 at 9:41PM. I received my order at 10:06 after being told to pull up past the window to wait for my food. When I finally got my food home I was disgusted when I opened my “cheese” quesadilla. The picture is literally what it looked like when I unwrapped it. They forgot cheese for the nacho fries but that’s the not a huge deal. The quesadilla however, was so nasty looking I couldn’t even eat anything else. It also had chicken. I traveled back to hopefully get it replaced, although I may not have even been able to eat it at this point. I arrived at 10:27 and while trying to communicate with the staff at the speaker, they ignored me for 5 minutes and then turned the lights off. Drove up to the window and could hear people but they refused to come to the window even after honking my horn. I understand that this is fast food but if a worker could be disgusting enough to serve me this, who knows what else goes on here. I’ve literally only written 1 other review in my life but this experience was so gross and bad that I had to write this so other people may be warned.

I went and sat in a drive thru line for 30 minutes to order tacos with no freaken meat on it. Piles of sour cream and lettuce. I didn’t order meatless tacos. The girl taking people’s orders at the window with long braids couldn’t be less enthused with her terrible attitude like she don’t even want to be there at all. Get to the mic to order and she’s in the most blah voice, taco bell *sighs. Same at the window, she looks pissed at the world. Yall need Robert the older guy back at the window. He was very polite and courteous, he didn’t look like someone forced him to go in there and work.
