Came through the drive thru and made the same order that I always make when I come in there and tonight, they tell me they can’t do it that way. And when I say, well, they always make it that way for me, the manager on duty for screams not tonight and not on my shift, if that’s how you’re going to be treating your customers, you definitely do not need to be a manager and you definitely do not need to work in customer service. You were very unprofessional and very rude from someone who has worked in the fast food industry and has compassion and a listening ear for people that work in the restaurant business.You were absolutely ridiculous.

Came by here on a Saturday around 11pm- google says they close at midnight. Got our order via drive thru. They left out some things so we wrapped around the building and came back to the drive thru to let them know. The lady who was working stared at us, mouthed “we are closed”, and wouldnt open the window. We held our bag up trying to show we had already came through and get her to open the window. She shrugged her shoulders and walked off what in the world kind of service is this. We arent from this area so we cant drop back in tomorrow. Out food and money.

We got here at 8- 8:15 the food was cold so i kindly asked if they could make some hot food they continued to give me cold food after one of the ladies specifically asked for them to make me some more hot food i didnt mind the cold nuggets seeing as they where for my kids anyway but as for me i like my food hot anyways i got cold food regardless as the man kept grabbing out of the warmer i dont know if their warmer is out or just low but it either needs turned up or a new one

Instead of giving me two quesadillas, they give us three burritos and instead of a two piece chicken meal they gave me 2 tenders if I could give a half star I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

I ordered a luxe box and I had let them know I just wanted beans on my burrito no meat at all. When I got my burrito it did in fact have meat on it. I am not supposed to have beef at all. I was very disappointed.

We came thru 20min before closing; 2 nieces and brother were hungry so we stopped. They got the order all wrong, manager said no refund she turned off the registers and computers, I said can you replace; she said no. We threw away all the food.
