The last three times I’ve been here the employees were arguing loudly in the back amongst themselves or arguing with customers.
Tonight, 14DEC23 at around 6:30pm, someone, who I assume was in a managerial position, was very rude to a customer who was complaining that they had yet to get their purchased meal. I had the issue of missing a hard taco and they obliged by giving me the food version of a middle finger.

Friday night I ordered food at Taco Bell. As i was ordering i noticed a young man vomiting in between the garbage can backdoor. I was hoping it was just someone that was sick that had come to eat. As I paid for my food and was handed my food the young man walked into the service area where the food was being prepared. I understand that getting sick happens but to see someone getting sick and then walk into the kitchen and prepare my food is not ok. I called and talked to a manager who honestly laughed at me and told me he would have to watch the video after he told me the employee washed his hands and since he was sick he was sitting in the managers office. The lack of concern was disturbing to me. I didn’t ask for a refund even though i would not of touched that food. Do better Management. Be respectful when someone has a complaint.

Absolutely Horrible….. never received my order! After waiting 45 minutes… I try to be patient but after that long I couldn’t handle it no more. Poor Management and employees are Clueless. Do us all a favor and shut it down!!!

I rarely eat breakfast at Taco Bell but let me tell ya , I ordered the steak crunch wrap ( has hash brown, egg,steak,cheese ) y’all it was terrific!! Fast service went through drive thru and it was ready in a few minutes! If you have the chance go grab one!!
