Plenty of parking, that’s for starters. Always busy drive-thru. Newly completely remodeled store (inside & out). Serves food from KFC, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut. Most items and specials offered. A little disorganization in the kitchen. Had to wait for my order, because another employee took our pizza and they needed to cook one again (7 minutes). Self serve soda machine area completely wet. Bathrooms are semi-clean, but never saw an employee enter the bathroom to clean as stated on the sign that it’s cleaned every 30 minutes; was in the establishment for about 45 minutes. Overall, good ambience.

every time i go to this taco bell they put like no meat on my taco. i ask for only meat because i don’t like the cheese and lettuce. the amount of meat that they put is ridiculous but i never ask for extra meat because they put an insane amount making the taco soggy.

Extremely disappointing customer service. My order was wrong, and when I tried to speak with a manager—or at least someone acting like one—her attitude was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of helping, she blamed me for ordering incorrectly and told me I should “read the menu better.” If the staff can’t understand the order even when I’m reading off their menu, what’s the point? Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Every time I come to this place they get something wrong, forget an item, etc. I think their headset doesn’t pick up sound very well. The Taco Bell items tend to be underfilled to the point where most of what you’re getting is the tortilla filled with sour cream or a mostly-shell taco. The chicken from the KFC half tends to be overfried to a degree where it literally dries up on the inside. Also, drive-thru takes forever. Even if it’s just one item the wait time is like 10-15 minutes with no line. I’d recommend you check your food before you drive off.

Saturday January 18, 11AM drive through. Cashier Virgensa and the heavey lady that give you your food HORRIBLE customer service first off Virgensa repeats the order still manages to get the order wrong the heavy lady at the second window who gives you the food just has a stank attitude LADY’S it early in the morning DO BETTER change that attitude and make sure to do YOUR job RIGHT HORRIBLE experience plus the food super stale corporate ypu need to start doing secret shoppers

I use to love coming to this taco bell. However lately they take over 10 to 20 minutes just to hand me my order of nachos and cheese. You’d probably get faster service through the drive thru since they do not care about serving people waiting in line. Horrible service I highly doubt anything will change even after I spoke with the manager. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Terrible experience, DoorDash was unable to pick up order because they said that tacobell never got it. Then went in person they took forever, making me wait in the first window for 5 minutes. Once we got to the window lady with black hair had an attitude the entire time, she gave a face when my husband was checking to see if we received everything correctly. Then when asked for hotsauce she gave attitude. Will not be going back to this Taco Bell. This occurred at 10:54pm on 7/13/24.
