I’m never going to come here again. Y’all charged me almost 50 dollars for tacos and barely put enough in it to call it a taco. I ordered a party box, a 7 dollar cheesy gordita crunch that had almost no cheese on it, the new 7 dollar box thing and a number 3. Nothing was wrapped properly. Everything was all tossed in 1 bag and made getting everything handed out to my family a guessing game. Almost 50 dollars in food and only received maybe 2 dollars worth of meat, 50 cents in cheese a dollar in tortillas, 5 cents in lettuce and 15 cents in hard taco shells. And that’s being GENEROUS in estimates. How do you find this acceptable?
The owner of this store should be embarrassed. But I know they’re not. That’s why this is allowed to happen. I’m sitting here looking for my receipt and they failed to even give that to me or put it in the bag. Obviously they don’t want to be reported to corporate.

Is this the worst Taco Bell on the East Coast? Lady taking the order covered everything but was as slow as cold maple syrup. Napkins? They are out. Lettuce? They are out? Cheese? We are out of regular cheese and only have this and that. Drinks? We are out of Gatorade. Nacho chips tasted like chemicals or very old oil. Sauce is kept behind the counter so I had to wait for another customer to finish ordering before I could get some, which took about five minutes, so now my food is cold. Haven’t been here in at least a year and thought I’d take a chance, I’m sorry I did. Next closest Taco Bell is 20 minutes away, but worth it if you get the craving, which I hope doesn’t come often because the place is now as expensive as a lot of other better restaurants. What a shame.

Dome with this location. Period. Have not went ome time when things were correct. We got all the way tonight to see they forgot my daughters meal. Went all the way back to get it. Shoulda checked how the rest of the order was made because that was wrong to. Amd it was simple no lettuce. I own a business myself and if i owned this one i would honest to god close this location, or hire a completely new crew with some competent employees

Got a take out. The girl taking out order not pleasant at all. Got home the food a couple of the tacos were ok. Open up my taco pizza it was horrible. It looked like someone stomped on it. There was a big blob of bean paste slapped on the edge of it and did not look edible at all. I threw it in the trash.
I called the manager she apologized. While we were waiting for our food there was an argument between two employees. There was at least 10 customers in the restaurant.
I will NEVER go back there again.

Thought I’d give it another try. Boy, was I wrong. Stopped going there after several times of getting barely anything in their tacos, and the last time I had a no-nothing taco there, it tasted like dish soap. Again, and the very last time. The KFC chicken there is more like pigeon, all bone and no meat.
I have complained in the past, but it was over a year ago, when I stopped going there. Has not changed; a very skimpy establishment. Don’t waste your time or money.
Have you had the same problem??? If so, let it be known and share your wonderful experience here with me. I had a restaurant many years ago, and my tacos had plenty of stuffing in them, not like this no-nothing taco pictured here. As you can see, very little beef, a hint of cheese, and a tiny bit of lettuce. This is disgusting!
Also, if you decide to go and get a few of these flat, no-nothing tacos, bring a can of Fix-A-Flat with you… LOL. Or, if you have any empty cans, leave them at the door. Maybe they will get the hint.

Attempted to order through apps on both KFC and Taco Bell @ this location NO GO!!!. Went inside to order and was informed by the counter employee they are a franchise they don’t have to participate in rewards, app or online ordering. And there you have it my good money went to another chain. 7 person order no further return- ouch franchise owner.

This is probably the worst fast food place I’ve ever witnessed in my life. If you go there late at all then their “systems are down”. You should just close the branch all together or do a better vetting process when hiring people. The workers at this branch always screw up simple orders when they are able to even take an order. Your franchise is paying employees to lose you money.
