Cashier was already standing at the register when I walked up up. Her first words to me were, “Are you about to order something soon?” I said yes, to which she replied, “Well, what do you want?” I should have left then, but I was hungry. So I ordered my food. She consistently had to ask for help to find the items I was ordering. Nothing special, steak quesadilla, soft taco-no lettuce, 3 cheese chicken flatbread. Then when I got my food, which was to-go, so I didn’t realize how bad it was until I was miles down the road, the quesadilla was cold, cheese not melted at all, and the steak was only on half of it. Poor experience all around.

ordered my food waited 20 minutes then asked where my food was the cashier lied to me saying it was the crunch wrap that was taking so long. after waiting another 10 minutes I just asked for my money back. the manager came up explaining that they gave my food to someone else. that probably wouldn’t have happened had your dine in cashier an drive thru cashier was playing inside the store. If I could leave a worse star rating I would. Terrible service, everyone is rude. Our entire order was wrong, everything in the bag was messy, cold, and not what we ordered. The cheese roll ups we got were completely empty, MAYBE 4 pieces of cheese in them. Basically just tortillas. I don’t expect Taco Bell to be a Michelin Star restaurant but at least get our order right…

Food was fair, just warm.Employees were sitting in the dining room on their phones when we walked in. They jumped up when we walked towards the counter. Would have stayed to eat but the religious music was too creepy and made us uncomfortable so we left to eat in the car. I do not see us returning to this location.

Woman at register is incredibly rude and obviously hates her job. She constantly seems to need assistance with the register, doesn’t pay attention to orders and if she messes up the order she acts like it is your fault. That being said, I got my food (which was wrong) it was very fresh and delicious. I didn’t send back my food because it looked like the cashier was having issues with other customers (at least 3 other orders while we sat to eat) the entire time (and asking help of other employees).

Went through the drive thru and ordered from both KFC and Taco Bell. The cashier made sure to let us know there would be a wait for my chicken. Which was fine by me at least I knew it was fresh and hot. Our order came out fast after we parked and everything was good.

Pre order food on the app get an good deal on ur food. Then get there and it takes 35 minutes to get my food then my order was wrong. For it to be an off the interstate restaurant you would think the service would be better!!!!!
