Wife was craving a taco, and they fixed that We been here a couple of times and it’s the same as before. Just trash, the taco’s smell stale. The people here are lazy. It’s a new location and it’s always dirty. I ordered a quesadilla and they couldn’t even cut into slices. One time I came here and everyone was outside in their vehicles smoking cigarettes. Then went in and the tables and floor are dirty. They somehow always screw up the order and forget something. We end throwing money in the trash coming here. Save your money and keep trucking past this place.

Missing half of my order. My husband came here on his 30 minute lunch break to pick up our mobile order, he didn’t get to eat. Spent almost $30 on two soft tacos and a burrito. I’ve worked in food service, it’s not that hard to double check the bag before sending out the order.

This Taco Bell says the drive-thru is open from 8am to 2am. I put in an order with the app, showed up, parking lot was empty, and nobody answered the speaker. I pulled up to the window, honked my horn, and nobody answered. I called the phone number, a lady answered and said they were closed until 11am. I said that Google shows they are open from 8am to 2am and I already put in a mobile app order, and paid for it. The lady I’m talking to on the phone comes to the window and tries to tell me that they have nothing to complete my order then randomly says it would be 5 or 10 minutes and asked me to pull to the front of the building. The only reason I’m leaving 2 stars is because she eventually brought out my food after about 10 minutes. This new Lebanon franchise will not be in business long if this remains their default business model.

It’s hard to put stars on this review because all the food is great – except the nacho chips! Ugh! They have an extremely bitter taste. Steer clear of those and you won’t be disappointed here!
