Store needs some thorough cleaning. Seats were sticky, tables were not clean. They were not busy at all and dining experience could have been a lot better. Food was fresh and tasted good.Rest rooms are not kept up or checked periodically. Plenty of parking and easy access.

I just got home after going through the drive-through. First of all while I was sitting in line, this lady drove a big old truck in front of me and I noticed as the worker handed the food out the window. She held it really low so the lady had to reach down really far to grab it. Then when I pulled up, she tried to hand me the wrong drink. She gave me a weird look and barely put the drink out the window to where I could barely reach it and I don’t even drive a big old truck. She didn’t say or do anything rude but her demeanor was just rude. We didn’t get any napkins. I asked for no lettuce and they put lettuce on the taco. I wanted chicken on my gordita, but they put beef on the gordita . So overall a bad experience. A word out a picture, but I don’t see the option to do so

I love the chicken pot pie . Well I did we today came by and I ordered the chicken pot pie meal . Pie and two apple pies where to be in the meal .
The CHICKEN pot had a chicken bone in it but sadly NO chicken . Also NO little pies .
What is happening to our fast food restaurants
We pay more for less . If we don’t start telling them we don’t like what is happening they will keep doing it

Came here on a whim, was getting with my kids late, decided to grab Taco Bell. Got to the drive thru, asked for the crispy chicken soft taco that’s being advertised literally EVERYWHERE. The girl said we don’t have it. I know what you’re talking about but we don’t have it. So then I looked it up while in the drive thru line and saw I was saying the wrong thing (so I thought) and so I asked to order it at the window. Kid at the window said (no add ons allowed at the window. So I drive around and went through twice. I asked again for the crispy chicken taco, the girl said we we don’t have it but we have a cantina crispy chicken taco. I thought crispy chicken was crispy chicken so I got it. She was either tired or hates her job because she was rude which is definitely a her problem not a me problem. Grow up and get a new job if you hate it so much. I got totally the window got my item and came home.
I realized this is not what I wanted and looked on DoorDash to see the item that I did want, the avocado ranch crispy chicken soft taco, is something I can get. I called the store to explain the first girl I got said yeah I heard you in the drive thru..we don’t have it. The second guy I got on the phone, tried to say the location I was looking at on DoorDash wasn’t not theirs, though I read the address out loud. And then said yeah we don’t have the items. Sorry.
Com to find out it’s a LOCATION SPECIFIC ITEM. Which is all any of those people over there had to say. Not be rude. Not try to confirm what it was I was looking for. All they cared about was getting me in and out and that was it, a simple “you can get that at other locations we just don’t sell it here I’m so sorry about that” would have been perfect. But no I just got the shitty lack of customer service that seems to be a trend nowadays. No worries.
JW clay does have the item. They were very nice on the phone when I explained myself. And I STILL spent my money to the industry twice.

If you are ordering KFC, you might have better luck with time. I ordered Taco Bell and waited 40 min. The food is as you expect from Taco Bell (which is good!) but I waited quite a while (which is not). Those who ordered KFC after me got their orders sooner.
Otherwise, the place was clean but rather empty, 3-4 PM on a weekday.

Missed several items in order. Chicken nuggets are more like chicken bits! 1/4 sized. Less food! App has no way to contact. Building recently upgraded but employees sure wasn’t!

Walked in at 9:50 after going to the Charlotte Speedway Christmas lights and was told the lobby was closed. Umm doors are not locked and it says 10pm on the door.
Placed order, they were not busy inside but about 6 cars in drive through. Placed order and it took 20 min to get the order which was after I walked back to the counter asking for the order. An extremely rude employee tells me again that the lobby is closed to which I replied,” It was not when we came in” she then asked someone else to lock the lobby doors which created a screaming match between them two about being too busy to lock the doors.
Order was missing our nachos and cinnamon twist. I showed receipt and asked for the missing items where the nacho cheese was literally a teaspoon worth and the cinnamon twist were less than half the bag and cold.
Employees were rude and service horrible. I don’t expect much from Taco Bell but this was the worst.

Our order we got was incorrect. The manager Ms. Shirley was very rude and kept arguing with the customer (me). I told her that the Mexican pizzas that we order had been cooked in old or bad oil. She kept arguing with me and trying to teach me about how it is. She was not ready to listen to the customer (me) at all. I was being nothing but respectful. I did not use any foul language. Also, when I was taking photos of the store as a customer, she was telling me I can’t and she’ll call the police. She also did not give me back my original receipt because she knew I’d do a survey. I had to ask her several times for her name before she said “Ms. Shirley”. She was not wearing a name tag either. The store had benches which were exposed of screws/bolts which was a hazard. However, they did not block off the area. It was available for customers to sit down. Also, the restaurant was very dirty. All of this made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable for us to dine there ever again.

Every time I have come here, there is always a mess up with the order, whether they forget an entire item I ordered or forgot to take something off that I asked them too, and the wait times for dine in are sub-par, my friend ordered before I did, and I got my food over 10 minutes before, they did, and they only ordered 3 taco Supremes. It was nowhere near busy. And it took them probably like 3 minutes to get a small cup of tomatos because they FORGOT to add tomatoes to my friends taco Supremes.
