If I could give ZERO stars, I would. All I’m going to say is the employees at this location must hate their lives. They took a long time and there was maybe two pieces of meat added to both our orders. The pictures speak for themselves. When we called to get a refund and let them make it right, they ignored us so definitely not letting this one go without leaving this review and going straight to corporate. Ridiculous. Do not go here.

Whoever is on shift right now (2/6/2026 @ 10:49am) needs an attitude adjustment. Manager & employee. They did not let me place my order correctly, they kept rushing me before I even finished asking for my #13. I told them #13 AND snack tacos, the shift lead or manager in the window instead rang me up for two separate orders… but also my burger had sauce on it (I don’t eat that sauce). The employee (also female) was just as rude as her boss.
Tacos are cold, burger is cold, fries also cold. My fries barely had any in the LARGE container?
Thanks for charging me $17 to have the worst service. Also why does my strawberry lemonade taste like pool water?
I wasn’t being rude but I should have thrown my food back at them for how they treated me.

I went into location this morning, and the staff looked at me and right thru me. No greeting, acknowledge e after 3 min and said what do you want, and turned away. I nicely stated if a business can’t say Good Morning, then how can you expect good product. I stated have a good day, which excited worker. Upon leaving the building, the left door hit with such force as a Patriots linebacker. It was hard, I’m a Calisthenics athlete, wondering should I file on this. Business have lost insight on building safety. I would stay away from angry staff and doors.

I keep giving this place chance after chance after chance. I can’t anymore the food is not good quality at this location, presentation and flavor is just bad. Every time I come like literally every time they forget to give me my cheesecake bites 4.69 for two (small ones).
The (small fries) had literally 10-12 fries in there and most were broken burnt pieces.
In the day and age of inflation 35$ for subpar food that is missing most of the order is not good for two people to eat dinner. No mas del taco.

Del Taco serves delicious Mexican Food for a fast food place. I went to the drive through since the restaurant was closed to walk ins.
I ordered the 2 Baja Cod Fish Soft Tacos includes 2 Fried breaded Cod Fish pieces, salsa, cilantro, shredded cabbage, a slice of lime and 2 soft flour tortillas. One order of small size crinkle cut French Fries with a lot of ketchup packets, 2 pieces of fried Caramel Cream Cheese Rolls, and one large size Strawberry Lemonade. I drove home to eat my food order. The Baja First SoftTacos, Crinkle Cut French Fries, Fried Caramel Cream Cheese Rolls, and Strawberry Lemonade was very delicious. The 2 women who worked at the drive through window was very fast and polite when my ordered was ready and I paid for my order in cash.

DRIED OUT AND BURNT FOOD!!
I bought 2 fish tacos from Del Taco drive thru. I attempted to eat one taco, unfortunately, I was unable to chew the taco dried out and burnt. Drive thru staff was polite and courteous, I will not visit this Del Taco location again.

Del Taco will never be complete without the vegetarian beyond tacos food isn’t as good as before either. I had to throw my quesadilla away because it was really salty. I miss the jack cheese as well it wasn’t an option when ordering online.

I ordered 2 breakfast meals pluss an award free coffee. I received the 2 breakfast meals but did not receive the free coffee. The receipt they gave me does not even have all the info on it. Where is the store id #? Where is the total amount I paid?
And to add to all this on the app it doesn’t list any of the info of what I ordered and should have received. It makes it so they can cheat you and you can’t prove it
