Recently went here and after waiting 10-15 minutes in the drive thru line, I was finally able to place my order. The worker informed me that the Taco Bell items had a 15 minute wait. I replied and told them that was fine and that I was able to wait. The worker then told me that I couldn’t wait to order because other people may want KFC which I understand so I told her I could order and wait in the parking lot. She then started to argue with me saying that I couldn’t wait for the food so I left and don’t intend on going back. Overall from previous visits and this visit the food is horrible at best, the service I the worst I think I have ever experienced and it’s clear that the employees especially the one working the drive thru tonight need to be fired and replaced.

The store was dirty inside and in the bathrooms, though the food was fresh if you got chicken the taco bell side which is what we wanted was already shut down at 6 pm… We ordered and the staff was nice however they waited until after we ordered and waited until we sat down to tell us they had to cook rice for my meal, I have diet restrictions so I can’t have a lot on either menu. They said it would be 20 minutes to cook. So I kindly asked for the money back for just the cantina bowel, they were kind and returned it. But after that several people who came in and ordered after us for their food and left, some are and left before my daughter and husband. Once they got their food it was cold, they were out of napkins and fountain drinks, the store wasn’t busy but no one was out to clean or refill the bags of syrup for the fountain drinks. I was disappointed.

Went inside to get early dinner- late lunch.
It was 4pm, so not dinner dish. There were soooooo many people working on shift, we watch a few bump into each other and have to shoot around each other. We ordered three 5 layer burritos – they only had ground beef and cheese. Ordered the new street chalupa meal – got 2 regular chalupa. Ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito – got ground beef grilled burrito. Ordered a Mexican pizza – out was put on the bottom of the bag so it was smashed, stick to the top, which tore when I opened it. Service was friendly as can be but it took 15, almost 20 minutes to get our food. We were the only ones in there. We sat at a table while waiting. We looked to find the least dirty one. There was trash under some tables, sticky soda residue where you at your drink too get/put a lid on your drink.

This was the second time coming here in a week. The first time we went inside and there was plenty of staff but we waited in line behind a woman for 10 minutes. We walked out! This time we used the drive through and entered the line at 5:40 and was still in line (before the window) at 6:20. If we hadn’t already ordered we would have drove away

2 out of 3 times Toca Bell side was down.. was told the 4th time that taco bell wouldn’t be open for another 10 mins can could order but only KFC side so put in our KFC ordered and waited about 10mins in drive thru then drove another, parked to go inside to see if Taco Bell side had opened yet! Indeed it had and the lady infont of me order Taco Bell.. I waited next in line for about 5+mins before she returned to take my order which after I started ordering from the TB side she turned to tell the employees that they would not be taking any more Taco Bell orders! Confused i asked why, when I was just told 15mins ago it was opening in 10 mins, she told me the new guy was overwhelmed with orders and was new on the TB side. I then spent about another 35+mins waiting for 3 Chessy Gordita Crunch and 1 5-Layer Burrito.. So we spent about a full hour waiting for food…

Did the mobile app so food wood be prepared while we drove over. Ordered at 2:28 PM, drove over, and went into the KFC and sat down to wait. There was only 1 other customer, and they left while I was sitting there. The other employees sang and talked about going on break. One lady walked by and asked if I was okay, and I explained I was just waiting for my food. She then went to the register and told me it had just popped up on the screen. This was at 2:43 PM. They then started to prepare my food. It was warm at best, and the chicken strips are now about a 1/3 of what they used to be. Charge more, give less. I say don’t waste your time and money. Find something better if you can. Good Luck!
