I ordered through Door Dash. This. This is what I paid for. HORRIBLE. I spoke with the manager. When I asked what his name was he said, MANAGER. I asked again and he said MANAGER. Great service Mr. MANAGER. Well done. I let him know that I will be bringing the food back in the morning. I was told to tell the manager on duty that he will accommodate. I asked again what his name was in order to let the daytime manager know. Once again in a nasty tone, he said MANAGER. This is my second time ordering from this Taco Bell. The first time was fine, hence why I ordered it again. I will never ever go back to this establishment besides to get my money back! THANK YOU AGAIN, MR. NIGHTTIME MANAGER. I HOPE TACO BELL TAKES YOU A LONG WAY.

The are very slow and always ask you to pull around. An order takes over ten minutes any time of the day. This has got to be the worse location in America. The people are rude and nasty. Also slow. The food is never that good for the amount of time you wait. Any Taco Bell and kfc together is slow. Well all the ones in the 757. It’s actually ridiculous. Take a chick fil a customer service class.

What a difference a day makes. Went last weekend a got the 9 dollar box, everything was great. Tis time the burrito was so light on the fillings only the tortilla stood out. The bacon ranch street chalupas were awful, they were cold, the cheese coating was falling off, they must have been old because they were literally falling apart. Had to pull up and wait so I figured everything was being made fresh, not so much. I live 3 minutes away so time should not have been a factor. Hopefully next time will be better or home cooking will reign supreme.

8/09/2025@5pm. The service is extremely bad. The drive-thru cashier/ shift manager is a sourpuss and should be fired with a nasty, rude attitude, nonattentive, and sloppy appearance. I ordered Taco Bell and it was disgusting. I had to wait for my order and was asked to pull over to the side. I asked for sauce and she acted like she didn’t want to walk back to get it. When she returned with a nasty attitude with not enough sauce for all of my items. The food tasted rotten and I threw up before leaving the parking lot. The burrito was soggy and had a funny twang. I’m wondering what happened to the lettuce and cheese. The taco had half a shell! When I came back into the store, the drive-thru cashier rolled her eyes at me. Now you know that was wrong to serve half of a shell taco and when they replaced it, there was hardly any meat or cheese in it. Seriously, someone needs to fire her and the cook! Straight disgusting! I’m mad I wasted my money. I would’ve been better off if I had gone to McDonald’s which is right behind it.

I ordered via the drive thru at the 1603 E Pembroke Ave. I ordered nacho fries with cheese and 4 piece tenders with spicy ranch and I said “from the Taco Bell side” in the speaker. The lady in the speaker, a white woman with glasses asked if I wanted to round up my $10.99 total and I said yes so I paid $11. I sat at the window as the only person in the drive thru for about 30 seconds and the woman asked me to pulled around and she would bring it all out. After 15 min she brought out the nacho fries with cheese and the tenders no sauce. I went inside and waited for a moment as the only person waiting at the counter before a black bald male came up to me and I asked for spicy ranch. He told me they charge for that and tried to give me buffalo ranch. I asked him again for spicy ranch and he said that’s on the Taco Bell side and they charge for that and then I said I just paid for tenders and the woman did not give me sauce. I told him I can pay for it and he walked off got one spicy ranch then I told him I would like to pay for 2 so he rang up the 2 sauces and walked away to get another sauce. He came back and I paid for the sauces, $0.68. He had an attitude the whole time. I have ordered these tenders before with this sauce at this and other location with no issue and never had to pay extra for sauce. Even on the Taco Bell app the spicy ranch is the default sauce.

Ordered a cantina taco combo, and the shell was burnt (ew), during ordering the person taking it was rude “will that be all miss?” I responded with yes I think and he said “oh I can only imagine” then when we pulled up to the window he said “an order of a cantina and oh, everything?” Implying that I ordered the entire menu, basically fat shaming me.. the food was a lump if dog food if you ask me, burnt taco? What are we doing!

I called to see if they had spicy potatoe soft taco bc last time they didn’t this boy was nice and said yes and I said my father finna be up there to get 2 spicy potato soft taco and a dtl taco supreme then called back bc I ment to said 3 spicy but this last answer and was rude and give the food to the boy and he said he got me then my dad get up there the lady said there phone don’t work but it was the number when u look up kfc/Taco Bell then he go back around to place it and she said they closed when they don’t close till 12 I thought bc look into that women I was there around 9:30pm

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. The heavy set woman that works the drive thru is always rude and lacks customer service skills. Today I ordered 2 of the new cantina crispy chicken tacos, and they were both broken. Less than 2 minutes I returned and asked for a refund. This store no longer does refunds apparently. The said they would remake them but they either gave me the same tacos or coincidentally the “new” tacos were broken into pieces again. She closed the window before I could say anything.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Order is often wrong. Service times are extremely slow and when going through the drive I get asked to park every time. Even when no one is behind. Additionally the team members all have unpleasant attitudes and act like they are doing me a favor.

Buyer beware. It appears this location is dealing with an insect problem. I found what appeared to be a roach in the bottom of my strawberry freeze drink. When I spoke to the manager she was kind toward me however I did hear her express frustration at trying to get the bug people to come spray for weeks. Also, I did contact the health inspector and am awaiting news of their investigation. Unfortunately as far as upper management/corporate resolution, I feel the buck has been passed. It has been more than a week with no real acknowledgment of wrongdoing or failure to ensure cleanliness during a public health emergency. I did receive a call from a rather rude insurance claim specialist who lacked empathy and basic customer service skills. After a verbal disagreement and him raising his voice, I had to end the call and haven’t been reached out to since. I will also follow up with the BBB so that the public is made aware and can have the choice to dine elsewhere until this location can show it is up to basic health code standards. It is unsettling how a pregnant woman with such a valid claim and proof of the incident has been disregarded during a time where public health risks are at an all time high.
