This trip PISSED ME OFF!!!! 1st, the lady told us one moment at the drive thru and toook FOREVER!!!!!!! She didn’t give me a receipt nor did she offer me sauce!!!

I never try to leave bad reviews, but this was actually one of the worst drive through experiences of my life. Wait times are crazy long, it took over 20 minutes total to get my food. The drive through process makes literally no sense and it’s actually awful.

15-20 minute wait at drive thru order window before even being greeted, and thats only after calling out several times. Someone begrudgingly responds to tell you to continue waiting or come inside. Multiple times I’ve visited. Last visit, Only one car at the pick up window and still told yo come inside. I go inside and there are NO customers inside. 3 staff. 2 chatting while rolling tacos at a glacial pace, one of them in street clothes with the tacos rubbing against his jacket. Still waited for someone to acknowledge me and take my order. I left. Won’t be back again.

Very disappointed with this Taco Bell/KFC location. My younger sisters and I came by on Saturday, May 10th around 2:57pm PM hoping to grab food. The sign on the door said they would reopen at 3:00 PM, so we waited patiently outside. A man inside saw us, said nothing, we thought nothing of it, since we were just minutes away from opening. But 3 PM came and went. Doors stayed locked. Drive-thru stayed down. I knocked, hoping someone would at least acknowledge us. Eventually, a woman appeared behind the counter holding a bag. I tried to explain through the door that we had a DoorDash pickup order and just wanted to cancel it. She simply said, “we’re closed,” and when I asked again about canceling the order, she looked visibly frustrated and walked away. No one else came to speak with us or offer any help. We weren’t rude, just extremely confused and trying to sort out the situation. But instead of communication or basic courtesy, we were ignored. I believe this inconvenient situation could’ve been avoided, if the store had followed their posted hours or even just acknowledged us with some clarity. Very Disappointing experience.

They didn’t have anything we wanted to order, we had to just get tacos and drinks. They didn’t give us our sauces or my receipt. The tacos were cold, broken, soggy and some tasted sour like they were old. The wraps were all crumbly like they had pulled them from a trash bin and not freshly made. If this is the service offered and they can’t stay stocked why stay open. Very upset for this paying $50+ to receive this.

2.75☆ The floor was sticky and dirty. The exterior really needs attention. Focus inside was on drive-thru. 4 people waiting in lobby, 1 person working counter, taking and filling 1 order at a time. 2 cook’s, 3 working drive-thru and 1 on break. On the bright side, the Chicken and waffle sandwich and Chicken Quesoritto were hot, fresh and tasty. Yes, even in the midst of the filth I still ate the food. I have eaten KFC chicken that has fallen in the Desert Sands of Saudi Arabia and meat on a stick from a cart on the streets of Korea. What can I say, I was hungry and YOLO

This Taco Bell/KFC is horrible. I ordered a Cheesy Gordita meal and they gave me a raw taco shell over a crispy shell. I don’t know who oversees this place but they need the Board of Health to come in and shut them down at 3690 Sewells Point Road Norfolk, VA. The workers could care less on how they prepare food and just throw anything in the bag. I wish I could give 0 stars. I will be reaching out to the BBB about this.

I went to get the wedges from KFC. Unfortunately the wadges were not as impressive as I remember them being years ago and they were quite thin. If you want to get somebody’s it is better to go to Walmart before 5:00 or and see if they have registered for c of another restaurant you know of has potato wedges. However with this being said I still prefer them over the french fries.
